Amazing Madrid boutique hotel
Amazing boutique hotel. Perfect central location in Madrid to walk and explore. The hotel itself is great. The facilities are modern, clean and extremely well kept. However, it is the staff that truly elevates this hotel to beyond 5 stars! From every front desk member, the room cleaning service and the management there is genuine warmth and pleasure to help. A special thank you to Bryam the guest service manager who went above and beyond to make our Madrid stay memorable.

Exceptional and Unique
I chose the hotel mainly because of its convenient location (walking distance from the places I wanted to see in Madrid), because of its reputation for excellent service, and because of its aesthetics. I was not disappointed. In fact, the hotel easily exceeded my expectations. The staff were exemplary--attentive, polite, and helpful with recommendations, bookings, and, when desired, insight into Madrid's culture. Breakfasts were excellent, as were the offerings at the rooftop bar; there was a wide selection of options, some of them unexpected, all of them delicious. The modern ambience of the hotel, together with the southeast Asian art collection, made this a unique and inspiring place to stay. I was sad to leave and look forward to coming back.

Best small hotel in Madrid…
Ideally located, with a chic minimalist decor, a one star Michelin restaurant, professional but warm staff, a great breakfast and quiet comfortable rooms. A small elegant hotel for seasoned travelers who know quality hospitality…bravo Hotel Urban, I will be back 🎈

Great location to explore the city!
From arrival we were kindly greeted with a glass of sparkling during check in. Great to have Hilton status acknowledged with an upgrade. Everything from the amenities in the room, level of service to the breakfast was exquisite. Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had, in a quiet and premium setting. The pool, as expected was small and only took one family to take up all loungers, making it less restful. However seating areas in the rooftop bar were great and comfy and very high quality! Would have loved the hotel to offer a bar discount for guest staying as it was priced similarly to tourist rooftop spots. Hope to visit again one day! A great place for a premium boutique feel

We had a lovely stay here. We had a pretty good deal, the staff were really friendly, the location is amazing and the room was spacious and classy.

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
