Brilliant trip to beautiful Madrid staying at this lovely hotel.
Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful friendly and professional staff at the door, reception, hotel services and the dining room. We had the best time visiting this lovely city and it was so nice to have a lovely hotel to come back to after the days sightseeing.

A very enjoyable stay with great facilities, room and bar but all of it made by the extremely warm and welcoming staff. Location is excellent for all the main sites. Close to some very good restaurants. I look forward to going back there.

Great location and property
We had a great time at the hotel. The location is the best, close to everything but outside of chaos. I love the art works throughout the property, the bar was awesome, and the room very comfortable. The staff was friendly and on top of things. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid.

An Unforgettable New Year’s Eve Stay Near Puerta del Sol
Our stay at the Urban Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is ideally located, just steps away from Puerta del Sol. From the moment you enter, the hotel’s scent sets a warm and welcoming tone. Everything is clean and very well maintained. The team is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Special mention to Mustapha, who was pleasant, extremely kind, and incredibly attentive to us. Thank you to the entire team.

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
