Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel with good service and nice rooms. Centrally located, so that most places to visit in Madrid can be reached by foot.

Excellent hotel
Great hotel, very well placed near very good restaurants/tapas and the Grand Via but enough out of the way to be quieter. We had an inward facing junior suite which was great as it was very quiet, we were attending the music festival and not getting back till 3am so sleeping late. Roof top bar was fab with nice selection of food as well. Swimming pool is more of a large plunge pool but nice to spend an hour or so with your toes in the water. Only criticism would be lack of shade on the terrace and pool, lovely place to sit but very little shade which is a real shame as it was way too hot. Special shout out to the door men, always there to help and ever smiling.

Hotel Urban Madrid is a gem, seamlessly blending luxury with world-class hospitality. What elevates this property is its incredible staff. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Lyaia, Jorge, Candela, and Brito for their flawless attention to detail, warmth, and dedication which made our Madrid get-away unforgettable. The Rooftop Bar: Offers views of the city, the atmosphere is chic, the food, drinks, and the staff are attentive and brilliant at what they do. The Breakfast: A spectacular spread of fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service that made every morning a pleasure. (Loved the green juice) Seriously, from the front desk to our hotel room (We had a two-floor) to the guest services we received, our stay at the Urban was unparalleled. Thank you to the entire team for a fabulous stay. Highly recommend!

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
