Excellent location, beautiful hotel
Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Hotel Urban for 3 nights in August. It was an extremely convenient location, close to the historic buildings that we wanted to visit. Beautifully decorated, great architecture, friendly and helpful staff. When we didn't want to walk to our visit, we readily found taxis (Ubers just recently started operating in Madrid). Rooftop was delightful. A note - their breakfast buffet priced for more than we needed, so we found a reasonable and delicious cafe one block away, La Rollerie. All in all, recommend this hotel.

Absolute perfection!
Thank you to the entire staff for making our 5-night stay relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious. I would highly recommend due to the service from all - from checking in, to breakfast - and the prime location.

My bad experience of Urban
Hotel is stylish,food good,but very very bad cleaning,in my room I had some peace of broken glass I think after guests who were before me and I cut my leg very deep ,after these situation my room was cleaned only after lunch of the next day and a manager decided to make us a present from the hotel they gave us one glass of cava and cola😂what do you think about these service and attention to the clients you must decide by yourself.of course we will not come back here again !!!!

Urban Hotel is the place to stay!
The location was great. Very close to main attractions and easy to navigate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Madrid!!

Nice hotel in great location
Great location in the heart of Madrid. Beautiful rooftop pool with full bar / restaurant service. Nice room. As a solo traveler, didn't need the extra upstairs space. Daily room service with amenities replaced. All staff were helpful.

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
