Incredible Experience
Incredible hotel experience in the heart of Madrid. Architecture and lighting are impeccable, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The food and drinks were outstanding, both the breakfast at the Michelin restaurant downstairs, and the pool bar upstairs.

Beautiful, modern hotel
Beautiful, modern hotel in excellant location. Large rooms, great breakfast. Near Gran Via and Royal Palace. Would highly recommend.

Nice boutique hotel
Very nice hotel with stylish interiors including exhibition pieces in the rooms. Rooms are a bit small but in good condition and stylish. Breakfast is excellent with very high quality food from both a buffet and additional a la carte menu. One challenge is the location when it comes to parking for the taxis or Ubers as given its proximity to a government building there is quite often no option to stop for Ubers given police wont allow them. The actual signage is not helping either so had issues with Ubers not allowed to stop on several occasions.

Perfect choice
Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was very clean and well appointed. The room was surprisingly quiet for being in the center of Madrid. Very conveniently located to restaurants, the museum triangle and shopping. Very highly recommended

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
