A wonderful experience
Everything was wonderful. I would like to mention: At the Club: Deyanira Rojas, kind always available to fulfill our needs in a gracious way, Clara and Laura at the front desk kind and polite. The doorman Carlos nice and polite The whole crew at the Concierge just great. In fact everyone has been perfect taking care of our minimal needs.

Loved the staff.
We throughly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Intercontinental Madrid, especially due to the superb hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. From the bellmen, check-in and concierge personnel to the housekeeping and club lounge food and beverage service staff, we received responsive and kind service and care. The people made our stay memorable and we will be back.

Best hotel in Madrid
The staff, the food, the spacious rooms, the location, comfy bed, gym, wellness spa and beautiful lobby with lounge area , this hotel is a gem in the middle of Madrid. It is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Madrid. The staff is incredible and attentive to all your needs , they go out of their way to help you plan your days and make the most out of your vacations. I highly recommend this hotel !!

Beautiful hotel near shopping
Very comfortable hotel. Great staff. Club lounge is very nice, you will never go hungry here. Breakfast buffet was also pretty good.
