Wonderful experience
Amazing place with great service!!! The entire hotel team is so nice and helpful, with a special thanks to Beatriz at the reception and Carlos at the bar 🙂 I also recommend making a stop at the bar and trying some of the delicious tapas.

Wonderful, restful stay
Gustovo at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and also a short drive to the airport. The bar also makes a wonderful sangria

Great team, smooth experience from start to finish
We hosted a corporate event at the InterContinental Madrid and had a great experience. The team was kind, responsive and easy to work with throughout. Even with some last-minute changes, everything was handled calmly and professionally. You can tell they care about the details and really want things to go well. It made our job much easier — would absolutely work with them again.

Outstanding Hotel.........
We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of our tour and we were very pleased that we did. The hotel is ideally located in Madrid to take advantage of all of the local sights and easy access to shops and restaurants and other items of interest. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish and were only too happy to assist. Our room was very well presented and was serviced each day to a very high level. The room was spacious and the facilities were of a high level and the bathroom was just as good. The restaurant was also of a high standard with great service staff and great food, a real pleasure to dine there. All in all, an outstanding hotel and is Highly Recommended.
