A little older but still clean
The hotel was nice but it was definitely not a good value. It was a little dated and the location was not near most of the tourist areas or anything else I’d want near a hotel. It was clean but definitely on the older side.

Perfect 5 days in Madrid
Perfect 5days for the first time in Madrid. Hotel is well located to major city attractions and shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and quality are very important and well maintained in the hotel. Special thanks to Deyanira Rojas for the perfect breakfast every morning, was great to start a day with a smile and friendly service. We will be back!

Wonderful experience
The people at the hotel are very professional. From the doormen to the people at the club (Susana, Marta y Dayanaris) go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Weekend in madrid
We had a lovely weekend stay at the intercontinental madrid. Location, amenities and staff were excellent. We were especially well treated in the Club Lounge by Deyanira Royas who provided excellent service!
