A Wonderful Hotel in Madrid!
A wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door. The staff is friendly professional and helpful. Our spacious room was everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom well appointed. The Intercontinental Club was an added bonus that we very much enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Madrid.

Welcoming and friendly
Great hotel staff and amenities. Hotel is well kept very charming and elegant. The staff and the lounge is especially welcoming and friendly. We had the privilege of meeting Deyanira Rojas who went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. So refreshing to meet wonderful staff like her.

Horror
Absolutely horrible, did not sleep at all. After complaining about loud music we were told there was an event. Nothing to be done. Spend a lot of money for an awful experience. Never again.

Very pleasant stay in a luxury hotel
We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Intercontinental with Virtuoso upgrades to Club Lounge access courtesy of our agent. From check in to departure the service was impeccable. The concierge arranged a private tour to El Escorial but when that fell through due to illness, pivoted promptly to a pleasant and efficient taxi driver who took us instead. Staff in the Club Lounge, especially Deyanira, were helpful and pleasant. The location is a reasonable walk from the Prado and other central locations; the surrounding area is pleasant to wander around. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very good and tranquil stay
Smooth check in process. Fast check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good housekeeping. Room was intact and in a very good condition. All amenities are good. Room temperature was perfect.
