Great location and people
Excellent location walking distance to the retiro park if you are a runner, good restaurants nearby . The employees are great, friendly and always helpful Very clean rooms and amenities. Will come back anytime highly recommended

Fabulous staff in this hotel
We’ve travelled the world, but never had such wonderful service before . From the front of house, to house keeping everything was fantastic. But the person who stood out especially was Deyanira Rojas in the club lounge. She was so pleasant, helped with all our needs and even helped us with advice on where to catch the metro and suggestions for dinner. I honestly would come back purely because of her service.

I had a great stay at the InterContinental Madrid and would definitely return. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the city while still offering a calm and refined atmosphere. As an IHG Platinum member, I truly appreciated the outstanding recognition: I received a fantastic upgrade to a terrace room as well as a late check-out, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While the room itself is a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable, so it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The breakfast was supernice with a good selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and attentive. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with great service and a warm, welcoming feel. I look forward to coming back.
