Best hotel in Madrid
Our experience at the InterContinental Madrid was defined by Inma. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, going above and beyond in every interaction. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding, and she consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Inma’s kindness and dedication truly elevated our stay and turned it into a memorable experience. The staff are amazing
Had a wonderful weekend in this very treaty hotel. The staff are exceptional, and their attention to detail is superb. Without exception the staff were very friendly providing real 5 star service. E.g they suggested hot chocolate to the kids, gave them lollipops, prompted them with Spanish words, brought unprompted a local dish for me to try. Breakfast buffet was lovely, we ate in the restaurant one evening and it was very tasty although the atmosphere in lobby eating the bar menu was better. Highly recommend.

Great experience
We had an exceptional stay at the InterContinental Madrid and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a suite with full access to the Club Lounge, a brilliant and completely unexpected surprise that really elevated our stay. We were visiting to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the hotel made the occasion feel incredibly special. We returned to the room to find a wonderful surprise waiting for us: a bottle of cava, a cake and chocolates. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Everything from start to finish felt effortless and high quality, with excellent service and attention to detail throughout. The Club Lounge was a particular highlight and added to the overall sense of being very well looked after. A truly wonderful experience and one we’ll remember fondly.
