Great team, smooth experience from start to finish
We hosted a corporate event at the InterContinental Madrid and had a great experience. The team was kind, responsive and easy to work with throughout. Even with some last-minute changes, everything was handled calmly and professionally. You can tell they care about the details and really want things to go well. It made our job much easier — would absolutely work with them again.

Outstanding Hotel.........
We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of our tour and we were very pleased that we did. The hotel is ideally located in Madrid to take advantage of all of the local sights and easy access to shops and restaurants and other items of interest. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish and were only too happy to assist. Our room was very well presented and was serviced each day to a very high level. The room was spacious and the facilities were of a high level and the bathroom was just as good. The restaurant was also of a high standard with great service staff and great food, a real pleasure to dine there. All in all, an outstanding hotel and is Highly Recommended.

Great to be back at my second home
As always, we loved our stay at the hotel. Of all my trips to Asia, Latin America, and Europe, this is the best hotel. The GM and all of the staff, from the concierge, restaurant, club lounge and cleaning staff are all amzing and I always enjoy my conversations with them. This hotel is definitely my second home, followed by the IC in Mexico City and Buenos Aires. I really love the 7th floor balconies, and the location of the hotel to all my favorite museums. The club lounge is superb as well.

Best hotel in Madrid
The hotel is the most elegant in Madrid. From the moment you pull up to the hotel and see the exquisite door men, you know you will be treated like royalty. All the employees are top notch profesional and definitely they welcome you like family. Love this hotel, great location, beautiful rooms, great food. The best in Madrid.
