InterContinental Madrid

We had a wonderful experience. The people and service were exceptional. The club lounge was always available, with delicious food from Spain. The staff was personable and kind. Deyanira Rojas was always attentive and made our stay wonderful.

We had an extraordinary stay at the InterContinental Madrid during our family trip! The entire team went out of their way to treat us so warmly, making sure every detail was handled. Carlos at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and made check-in seamless, while Deyanira Tojas in the club lounge took wonderfull care of us throughout the days with delicious treats and genuine kindness. Also, a huge special shoutout to Rodrigo from Food and Beverage, who was extremely perfect with his cordiality and attention to our dining needs every single morning. The rooms were spotless, the location was superb, and the hospitality truly made this vacation one to remember. We cannot wait to return to this magnificent hotel next time we visit Madrid!

The most luxurious hotel my wife and I have stayed across the IHG group. Great Madrid Central location for all the tourist attractions. The Intercontinental Hotel, Madrid has spotlessly clean, spacious , oppulently decorated rooms with all the top notch facilities you will need..Marble everywhere , especially in the most beautiful lobby and restaurant area. All the staff are super helpful , friendly and polite with nothing too much trouble for them. Special mention for Athena and Ricardo in the restaurant who were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs at breakfast. They both gave the best restaurant service with a smile we have experienced in a hotel. The breakfasts are excellent with an extensive choice of food options , we being English , plumped for the cooked breakfast from the buffet which was cooked to perfection . We also tried the cereals , yoghurts and pastries which were quality fare too. My wife and I certainly recommend this establishment for a visit to Madrid. We will certainly be back soon ourselves.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous and within walking distance to metro and attractions. The staff was amazing, very nice, helpful, attentive and detailed orientated. From the minute you arrived you were greeted and asked if you needed any assistance. I would stay here again hands down!

Enjoyed the hospitality at the hotel. Opted for a casual breakfast and was delighted with the service and attention of Athena in the breakfast room. Lovely atmosphere and spectacular food selection.
