An excellent hotel - highly recommend
We were on as Viking cruise and doing a Madrid tour. Some of the Ferrari team were staying there. This was an excellent hotel. Breakfast was superb and the lady from Colombia was just brilliant. It was a great stay. Staff were invariably very professional. Many thanks.

Another good stay
Great checkin, and concierge. Room was great. Service for breakfast was not great and felt that the choice of food was a little less than previous visits. Overall though it was a good stay.

Great food great staff.
Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly and capable staff. We had amazing experiences in the restaurant. The wine was delicious. The club on level 2 was very comfortable and the Spanish omelette is a must eat. Deyanirs Rojas in the club was lovely and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

great experience and a place to be!
I had an opportunity to visit the Intercontinental Hotel in Madrid in mid August. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. I also had access to the Club Lounge, where I ate breakfast. The waitress at the Club was Mrs Deyanira, (a very nice and friendly) who I had a pleasure to speak Spanish with. Overall it was a great experience and a place to be!
