From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel is a perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern luxury. Our room was beautifully appointed, and every detail carefully considered. Service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and discreet. Breakfast in the beautiful Palm Court was a highlight, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the best of Madrid. A truly unforgettable stay that exceeded all expectations.

The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The check in was seamless & the receptionists were so friendly. Our room was superb with beautiful little touches. Breakfast was lovely. From start to finish my wife and I had a fantastic time at the Mandarin.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the city. A highlight! Breakfast at MO Café was a feast of fresh pastries, artisan cheeses etc,. Even the cocktails at The Bankers Bar were crafted with precision. Perfectly situated in Salamanca, Madrid’s most elegant district. High-end shopping (Serrano Street is steps away), museums, and fine dining are all within walking distance, yet the hotel itself feels like a tranquil retreat. This hotel redefines luxury. One of the most fabulous Sunday lunches I've ever had. This place cannot be missed. I had to make my portions small so that I could enjoy as much of the variety possible. The beef carpaccio and the lamb chops were among the best I've had. Dessert station was abundant and their opera cake hit the spot.
