I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the lobby — it’s elegant, warm, and gives you that classic Madrid charm from the moment you walk in. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel comfortable and effortless, and you could tell they truly care about their guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

What a great feeling, the room was amazing as well as the breakfast, anything and everything you wish for becomes their priority. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s belated birthday and they surprised us with a special touch. Wonderful experience we can’t wait to come back next here, we truly felt like home

The Reservations Team was extremely professional and attentive, and a special mention goes to Mrs. Cruz Bañod, whose help, warmth, and efficiency were truly outstanding. Upon arrival, the experience only became more impressive. The check-in and rooming by Mrs. Andrea Dreyer were flawless—gracious, welcoming, and exceptionally detailed. She made the beginning of my stay feel effortless and personal. The Concierge Team exceeded all expectations. Their recommendations were not only helpful but perfectly tailored, even more meaningful given that I used to live in Madrid. The thoughtful touches made all the difference. My sincere thanks to Mrs. Zoubida and Mr. Borja for their impeccable service and genuine care. Breakfast was another unforgettable highlight. The buffet was fantastic—beautifully presented and delicious—but what truly elevated the experience was the personal attention. Thank you to Pilar and Mariana for making each morning feel special with their warm service and thoughtful gestures. Our experience in the garden was extraordinary as well. Yoany’s hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were remarkable. The welcome card and personalized touches made us feel truly unique and valued.
