From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel is a perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern luxury. Our room was beautifully appointed, and every detail carefully considered. Service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and discreet. Breakfast in the beautiful Palm Court was a highlight, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the best of Madrid. A truly unforgettable stay that exceeded all expectations.

My stay at Mandarin Oriental, Madrid was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with genuine warmth and professionalism—remembering my name, preferences, and even offering personalized recommendations. Spacious, serene, and impeccably designed. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the marble bathroom (with a deep soaking tub and Diptyque amenities) felt like a private spa. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the city. A highlight! Breakfast at MO Café was a feast of fresh pastries, artisan cheeses etc,. Even the cocktails at The Bankers Bar were crafted with precision. Perfectly situated in Salamanca, Madrid’s most elegant district. High-end shopping (Serrano Street is steps away), museums, and fine dining are all within walking distance, yet the hotel itself feels like a tranquil retreat. This hotel redefines luxury. It’s not just the opulent surroundings but the **attention to detail** and **exceptional service** that make it unforgettable. If you’re visiting Madrid and want the very best, look no further.

Just finished a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Madrid — excellent service, amazing staff, and a truly beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. A special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Robert, for his warm welcome and hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

One of the most fabulous Sunday lunches I've ever had. This place cannot be missed. I had to make my portions small so that I could enjoy as much of the variety possible. The beef carpaccio and the lamb chops were among the best I've had. Dessert station was abundant and their opera cake hit the spot.
