NH Collection Madrid Abascal

Excellent hotel of superior quality. Reception/greeting, checkout staff all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Location fantastic with 3 metro stations within 5 minutes walk on metro 20 mins to Retiro park, Sol, Callor Millor street, Grand Via. Airport took us 30minutes to and from hotel direct to Nuevos Ministerios tube on line 8, then to line 10 one stop to Gregorio Maranon (hotel is 5 minutes walk along Jose Abascal street to nos 47). Thankyou to all hotel staff, my wife and i had a 5 day stay. BRILLIANT.

During my first visit to Madrid, I stayed at this hotel, and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel's cozy atmosphere and clean, tastefully decorated spaces were a great fit for me. Although it has an old-fashioned charm, it adds character with its historic Madrid architecture. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of foods to suit all tastes. The room I stayed in was big enough. The bed was good, comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The hotel's location is great, next to a major avenue with plenty of access, including sidewalks and a nearby Metro station. The neighborhood is close to many places to eat, including good Gallega food and all types of restaurants. This was my first time in Madrid, and I had a blast. Good, comfortable, and more.

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend thanks to the friendly courtesy staff at this beautiful property in the heart of Madrid. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant was fabulous. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay at the NH Abascal in the Chamberí section.

The hotel is really gorgeous, the staff is very professional, nice and always ready to help. The hotel is very well located, near the main streets, restaurants and of Paseo de la Castellana or Goya. I highly recommend this hotel and I will come back another time.

La habitación, la limpieza, el desayuno y el personal han sido maravillosos pero hago especial hincapié en Juanjo un señor de exquisita educación, cercano, resolutivo y con una disponibilidad a ayudar infinita y siempre con una sonrisa. The room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the staff have all been wonderful, but I would like to place special emphasis on Juanjo, a gentleman of exquisite manners—approachable, efficient, and with an endless willingness to help, always with a smile.
