Poor location, do not prepay
Location is quite poor, if you do not have to stay in this exact area. Nothing for tourist here. Most rooms are inside facing & quite bad. Insist on outside facing rooms. The prepaid guests are given the worst rooms. It gives the feeling of a remodeled hospital. Only 2 lifts for whole hotel, so be prepared to wait.

Excellent experience in the hotel
It has been an excellent experience at the hotel. The service is very good; I particularly want to thank the entire restaurant team, starting with Jose and Bogdan, who were outstanding in their attention throughout my stay. Likewise, the hotel facilities and cleanliness are very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Madrid.

Posh Atmosphere, Very Welcoming Staff and Value for Money
I’ve been to the other NH chains, but this one by far was the best in terms of room, amenities, hospitality, atmosphere, the room was huge for a standard one, for the price the value was entirely justified. Will choose NH again next time I visit and highly recommend for others to have a superb experience.

Great Location
The location is great. The room did not have too much natural light. I'm Gold member so I was expecting a "normal " room not this one ( I have been here before)
