NH Collection in Madrid was a pleasure to stay. From their welcome glass of champagne to the kindness shown with working with the staff was appreciated.

Beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel in a great location. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. From the hotel we easily walked to all the art museums, Reitro Park, Gran Via, the Palacio Real , Plaza Mayor and La Latina. Las Letras itself is a lovely neighbourhood with lots of quirky shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is a former palace. Behind reception you can see the preserved remains of the old water supply system that predates the 18th Century Palace. They have been protected by reinforced glass and it is really interesting walk over them and read the information provided. Staff at the hotel were warm and very welcoming. They were very helpful on our last day storing our luggage and arranging a taxi. Everyone we encountered at the hotel from housekeepers to reception were friendly and hospitable. A credit to the hotel, each and every one of them. Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the Church. Yes, some street noise one night when recycling collected in the early hours of the morning . However, I always travel with ear plugs so didn’t disturb us too much. It certainly wouldn’t prevent us staying again, although if a light sleeper ask for a room on a higher floor. The church is beautiful and I enjoyed looking at it from bedroom window and listening to the bells . Room comfortable, a good size and beautifully decorated. Loved the ceilings and creative use of space. Hotel spotlessly clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Feel like a king, Stay at the NH collection Palacio De Tepa
Just Gem in the heart of Madrid. The hotel has an exceptional service. The view is breathtaking. It is just refreshing to walk into the lobby and be welcomed with the biggest smile. The rooms are flawless and super clean.
