Definitely Recommend
We had a great stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Madrid. Comfortable, spacious rooms. This is in a great location, walkable to many great bars and restaurants and shopping.

Great Hotel near everything!
Staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. Gave great restarurant/bar recommendations and everywhere they made reservations for us, we were warmly welcomed. Location is near everything and in middle of charming but busy neighborhood. Only two issues were with the room itself - we had just one window which was on the slanted ceiling - it did not seal shut or was just rather thin - we were awoken several times by street noise. Also there is no where to store clothes other than hanging them in the closet - I like to unpack for multi-day stay; storage space in bathrooms also minimal.

Staff at every station was professional, kind and amazingly helpful. We loved our stay at Palacio de Tepa. It is beautiful and has people who work there who are amazing.
