National Spanish Day 2025!
We had a nice staying at hotel. Very tasty breakfast, and Nina is a real professional person, always smiling, attentive and respectful to the guests.

Such a mixed bag
The location is amazing. Probably the best area to stay in the city. Some of the staff were kind, others less so. Rooms on the 5th floor have only a sky light not an actual window, so if this is important to you (like it is me) try and make sure you get a room with a real window. That would have made a huge difference in my feelings about the hotel. The hallways only light up when you walk in them so that was a bit concerning leaving and returning when dark. As a solo female traveler, I don’t love dark hallways and corners. I was sick during my stay and had trouble getting warm and it made me sad that every time I tuned off the AC I came back to a freezing room. Unsure why the policy is to set it so cold. But I ultimately just put the do not disturb sign on and that worked. Overall, if I got a room with a window and came with someone, I’d consider staying here again, but I feel like there are likely better choices in the neighborhood especially for the price.

Our stay at NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected pure luxury and comfort, and our unexpected three balcony upgrade made it even more unforgettable. Located in the heart of Madrid, this elegant property perfectly blends modern sophistication with timeless Spanish charm. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and opened to sweeping city views where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets over the rooftops of Madrid. The service was warm, polished, and attentive, making us feel truly cared for from check-in to departure. The location could not have been better, just a short stroll from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and Madrid’s best dining and boutiques. If you are visiting Madrid and looking for an exquisite stay that combines comfort, history, and impeccable hospitality, NH Collection Madrid Palacio is an experience you will never forget. I will be booking all of my luxury clients here.

Great experience at NH hotel, great location, large comfortable room and amazing staff
The hotel is located at the center of Madrid very close to the attractions and the great restaurants.. Room is large and comfortable and spoiling. Staff was very helpful, we arrived early and they helped us and welcomed us. Highly recommended
