The best hotel in Madrid
I was in Madrid between 13 and 15 June I booked your beautiful hotel that was so wonderful . The first thing that made love it ,it is in the city center only 8 minutes walk in addition the staff in the hotel were so helpful they showed me many places to visit in addition a free bus 001 if I dont want to walk . The breakfast was beautiful diversified and delicious. Everything was perfect i advise everyone who goes to Madrid you are not going to regret your stay in this hotel .

Does not live up to 5 star hype
Great location just across from the Prado. Good breakfast. Good to have breakfast included with the rate. Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. It's a solid 4. Front desk staff seems unbothered and while they were not rude, they were not welcoming and didn't greet us at all when we were coming and going throughout our stay. Bathroom amenities are basic and limited, only the essentials, no extra luxuries or high end products that one would expect with a 5 star hotel. The hotel was "just fine." No real complaints, but don't expect 5 stars.

Great Hotel.
Lovely hotel. Very centrally located. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was particularly friendly to a non-Spanish speaking guest. They were very prompt in room cleaning while we were out.

Outstanding help from Álvaro, Guest Relations Manager –
I was in Madrid in NH hotel dealing with an urgent issue that could have ruined my trip. Álvaro, the Guest Relations Manager, spent over two hours helping me with calm professionalism and focus until it was fully resolved. He didn’t just solve the problem – he gave me peace of mind so I could actually enjoy the city. I’m usually very independent, but Álvaro truly made the difference.
