Top class hotel well located
Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was good with plenty of space and a large bathroom. We had a superior room with a view. The view was of the Neptune fountain. Kettle and coffee maker which is a necessity for me. The location was ideal as close to all three art museums and by the Big Bus stop. Really couldn’t be bettered. The breakfast was excellent. A good selection of hot and cold food and lovely fruits. The staff are very friendly and amazingly helpful. Honestly I wouldn’t hesitate in staying there when we return, which we will.

Superior service
Beautiful hotel, very well located, comfortable, spacious, clean rooms, and very helpful staff. Excellent attached restaurant. We started our trip to Andalucia flying in and out of Madrid and we stayed in this hotel. We had planned to make train and bus reservations to different cities as we went along, but the hotel offered to make them for us immediately on our arrival. Warmest thanks to Maria and Sofia, who made all the transfer arrangements, gave us e-mail confirmations, and even printed our tickets out and put them in separate envelopes to match our itinerary. They were AWESOME. We love Madrid and this hotel will be our place to stay when we return.

Walking location to all the attractions in Madrid, great service and amenities, superb buffet breakfast,the staff is friendly and professional- we loved our stay!
