Only You Boutique Hotel Madrid

This is an excellent hotel and one of the best I have stayed in during many years of international travel. The hotel combines contemporary comfort and design with great respect for its historic character, creating a property that feels both elegant and distinctive. The restaurant was outstanding, with both lunch and breakfast of a very high standard. The bar offers a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind after a busy day. The hotel caters equally well to business and leisure travellers. It offers excellent facilities, including a gym and wellness centre, while also providing a range of inviting spaces in which to relax. I particularly appreciated the quiet lounge areas, which are perfect for reading or catching up on work, together with a pleasant courtyard that provides an attractive setting to chat, work or simply unwind. What I enjoyed most, however, was the quality of the staff. Without exception, everyone was friendly, welcoming and highly professional. What struck me was that the staff genuinely appeared to enjoy their work and take pride in the hotel, something that translated directly into the warmth and quality of the service. All staff were excellent but Giovanna at Reception deserves special mention. She provided outstanding service throughout my stay and went out of her way to assist me, including arranging a taxi and carefully explaining the somewhat complicated directions to my destination to the driver, ensuring that everything went smoothly.

A fantastic stay in Madrid. The hotel combines great design, comfort, and an excellent atmosphere, but what truly stands out is the level of service. Giovanna and Ignacio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Their attention, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again

My favorite hotel in Madrid. They go overborad trying to help you. Feels like you're at home. The suite was outstanding, please do the upgrade of given the choice. I couldn't be happier with Only you

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I was greeted with a drink and flavour we cold water , welcoming reception and just excellent service all round. It’s a very well run hotel with a selection of places to eat, drink, find a quiet corner to read. Bedroom was excellent and pillow selection !
