Extra Effort and Service
My wife loved the giraffe robe but it was tight on her. She called the front desk and Housekeeping found a larger one for her. I wanted to buy a new one (larger) for her and Valentina and Francesco worked with Housekeeping to find a perfect one, then wrapped it for me to give my wife as a present. She loved it!!!

Great experience
Lovely experience, great service in a cool part of town with some wonderful restaurants. Front desk service very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service and food was above and beyond.

Absolutely fabulous experience. The aesthetic, the top customer service, the comfort of the room and the superb location exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also delicious. We can't wait to return!

Great hotel for central Madrid stay
I came across the hotel as it is super central, exceptionally beautiful and characterful and very conveniently located. The atmosphere is an ancient palace or townhouse, tastefully renovated. Calm ambiance with lots of attention to details. No all rooms have windows, but thy are equipped fully with great ametities of which an incredible hairdryer and the most comfortable beds, fridge etc. I would say its worth the investment for a central luxurious and atypical stay. No need to mention its very clean, renovated and made with love. Albeit being central, it was quiet. A hideaway!

Nice Stay
Stayed here on my last night in Madrid and chose it due to the positive reviews and central location. The location is excellent in Chueca walking distance to many attractions and areas of the city. Hotel felt a bit cramped though. Tight public areas and I felt the room was pretty small. Very tight shower; however, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was decent and I enjoyed eating out on the patio. Price, I felt was good, if not a bit high. Service, I felt was a standout with a professional and caring staff who acknowledged me throughout my stay. Would consider this hotel again in the future.
