Great stay in the heart of Madrid
Our stay at Only You in Madrid was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and in a vibrant part of old Madrid full of people, restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions. It is an easy walk to most of the tourist draws, including the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. And despite being on a bustling street, it is cool and quiet inside the hotel. I think what makes the hotel extra special, however, is the exceptionally polite and helpful staff. Every single interaction we had was friendly and professional. Check-in was a breeze, restaurant recommendations were solid, any little help we asked for was immediately attended to, and late checkout granted with a smile. Door man not at his post momentarily? No problem, one of our hosts from reception ran up the street to hail us a cab (didn’t expect that, probably would have called an Uber if we had realized that was going to happen). I recommend the hotel breakfast, too. It is a delicious and varied buffet and I believe you can order eggs however you like, though we didn’t do that as there was plenty to fill up on right there in front of us. Another nice touch was the fruit water, little candies and a seemingly bottomless bottle of cava available whenever I happened to stop by reception. All in all it was a great, five-star stay and I only HOPE I can return one day.

Great hotel and amazing vibe
It was just for 1 night but the hotel and the staff were incredible. Unfortunately i had been fallen for a scam my details were leaked from booking and stated it is from only you and i was scammed with an amount of money but the hotel were informed as it happened with many and gave us a premium room and breakfast for fee. The whole experience was amazing even the location i would definitely come again but this time book directly with the hotel

Wonderful experience- great location w superior customer service. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast! Only place we will stay when we make it back to Madrid.
