Excellent location in the city. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are well appointed and we were uograded upon checkin. Lijed the chmapgne offered at checkin while we waited. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Truly a lovely place to stay. Location is outstanding - we found no more than 1 mile or very slightly over walk to almost everywhere (palace, cathedral, mayor, Prado, train station, Retiro park, botanical garden. Airport an easy cab (33 euro fixed) or uber ( around 20-25 euro) ride. Front desk staff was always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is top notch - one of the best I’ve had in Europe - our breakfast was included with the room. Can order a la carte as well as continental style (though this continental had everything from mimosas to smashed avocado to the usual yogurt/pastries/spanish breakfast). The pillows were also noted to be fantastic (and they have a pillow library if you do not like yours). My only small complaint is that the room overlooking lobby/breakfast can be loud until later in the evening due to bar/restaurant in hotel. I noticed it settled down around 10 or 11 but especially on weekend it was bit noisy. Nonetheless - would stay here again should I find myself back in Madrid. Thank you for a great stay!

I have stayed at OnlyYou multiple times, and I shall add every time I have come to Madrid. Staying here is a true treat to myself. Not only the space is beautiful, with a welcoming lobby area, bar and restaurants, but the design of the place is stunning and stylish. Above it all, its customer service is unparalleled. There hasn’t been a single hotel where I have felt treated better than this one.
