Only You Boutique Hotel Madrid

I love this hotel. This was my second time staying at Only You in 5 years. The staff is exceptionally helpful, both in person and on line. The rooms are beautifully appointed, so comfortable and incredibly clean, even the smallest rooms feel roomy and spacious. But, it is well worth the money to upgrade to a slightly bigger room if you can afford it. During my last stay, I had a lovely corner room with 2 big windows. It was sunny, breezy and beautiful. And even though both windows faced the street, the room was quiet - even on a Saturday night. The location of the hotel can't be beat. Chueca is a fun neighborhood with great food and shopping and pretty close to all the sights you want to see when in Madrid.

Exceptional Stay in every sense of the word and in every sense of a wonderful traveling experience. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at Only YOU a few years ago and had a mixed experience. I wanted to give the hotel a second chance, and I'm glad I did. The room was comfortable and stylish, the design throughout the hotel is genuinely well considered — the kind of place where the aesthetic decisions feel intentional rather than decorative. It's a beautiful space. What really made the stay was the staff. Genuinely friendly and helpful across the board, from front desk to breakfast service, whether the ask was a room detail, a reservation, a recommendation, or something more unusual. Carmen and Ignacio in particular were instrumental in making the stay work, and their care showed. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared and served with warmth. Only YOU is capable of delivering a very good experience, and on this visit it did. Recommended.

Service, room and staff all 5 stars. Our flight got in very early, and we arrived before 7 am. Of course, the room was not ready. "If you can wait 10 minutes, we're just finishing the cleaning. It's a better room. No charge. Would you like a cappuccino while you wait?" Would go back for sure.

Only You Boutique Hotel gets so much right, and it starts before you even step inside. The location is simply fabulous — sitting in the Chueca neighbourhood, it's central to everything yet the streets around it are quiet and chic. You can step out for a peaceful morning stroll and be in the middle of Madrid's hustle and bustle within minutes. That balance is rare and genuinely wonderful. The corner suite was terrific — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully put together. The kind of room you're happy to come back to after a long day on your feet. But the real standout was the reception team. Genuinely one of the best hotel teams I've encountered anywhere. Helpful, informative, and — most importantly — authentically warm. Not the rehearsed kind of hospitality. The real thing. Madrid surprised me on this trip, and Only You was a big part of that.
