We stayed at Only You for two nights this last weekend. We came to Madrid for a birthday and surprisingly all the birthday events were organised near this hotel. Meaning the hotel is in a great location! With the best restaurants and bars around (Charúa, Merci, Garbo’s, etc). We stayed in the Deluxe room (118 - with the blue wall), small room but great for only 2 nights and not much luggage. The bathroom was great. The room was far from the elevator and we didn’t hear a sound. The windows and doors are super sound proof! We asked for a late checkout and there was no problem at all. I asked for a pillow menu and I could choose a pillow that’s better for my neck. Amazing service! Breakfast was great, and they have a Thai massage Salon (which we didn’t try, because they were fully booked). Would recommend this hotel if you’re in Madrid for fun, service and location is amazing. I can not say enough wonderful things about our lovely stay. We traveled overnight from the US and arrived at the hotel at 8 am. We are eternally grateful for the 24 hour check-in policy that allowed us to go to our room upon arrival. The property is lovely, meticulously appointed, immaculately clean, and staffed by caring emploees. We paid for the "avaliable all day breakfast" and are so glad we did. We didn't make it to the buffet before it ended at 11am so we were able to order from the menu ala carte. We were amazed by the the quality and quantity of food. The on-property coffee and bakery shop is also amazing. We didn't go to the restaurant because we didn't make a reservation and it was quite the hopping spot on a Friday night. The location of the property made it easy to walk everywhere in the city. We will definitely stay again if we return to Madrid.

This review is for Rodion, Giovanna, Daniela, Andrea, Julio, Alex, David and every other employee at Only You who made our stay ever so special. They pampered us. Rodion even ran up and down , back and forth , with lime and salt, when my son was ill with some violent stomach bug and we needed to improvise our own electrolyte at 5 am . The location is perfectly situated with numerous trendy boutiques , restaurants and bakeries within walking distance . It’s very centrally located while being on a quiet side street . We walked everywhere. You don’t even need to bring your flat iron .
