Only You Hotel Atocha

We chose this hotel because of it’s location near Atocha Station, not knowing anything about this hotel brand and we were very impressed by everything! All the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, spoke fantastic English & wanted to do everything to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very well equipped & the bed was very comfy. Despite being at the side of a busy main road, and across from the station, it was very quiet. We enjoyed the bar & restaurant on the 7th floor - unfortunately the weather wasn’t really in our favor so we couldn’t appreciate the sunset views from the rooftop terrace, but we’re sure they’d be spectacular! And with its proximity to 2 blue line 1 Metro stations, Retiro Park & the Prado museum, the hotel was very well situated for exploring Madrid. If our travels ever bring us back to Madrid, we would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel for its location. What I got was the most amazing experience of personal care by the staff. One of us has a disability, and her disability equipment was lost by the airline. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us in retrieving that equipment. All of the staff impressed us with their open hearted care for us. The breakfast buffet is a standout, very high quality and many choices for everyone. The in house restaurant had versions of old favorites that were creative and delicious. And yes, the location is great. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.

To me the most important part of a hotel is a good sleep- this was not possible. There was construction right outside my balcony window that went on all day all night!! the beep beep beep beep of the trucks going backwards along with constant construction noises my noise canceling headphones could not even diminish it. The bed itself was not comfortable, it was very hard. The pillows were so hard and they didn’t bend at all to help cover my ears. Honestly, I wanted to rate this as zero but the shower was hot and strong The location was right across the street from the train station. Pleasant staff

I loved our experience and stay in this hotel :) we appreciate the modern and fancy interiors of the hotel. Location is very accessible to the El Retiro Park. Breakfast buffet was amazing!! We would definitely go back 😊
