Only You Hotel Atocha

From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, with a special mention to Raquel, who truly made our stay outstanding. She greeted us warmly and even stopped by to chat while we had breakfast the next morning, remembering our names, such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff were also kind and professional, and the hotel is perfectly located.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt soo welcoming!! The atmosphere, the staff, the comfortable room, the cool bar downstairs and of course the rooftop .. everything was just fabulous and we felt like it was a true home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely service from Razvan, the barman/waiter. He was not only attentive and professional but also genuinely friendly and showed he cared. Nothing was a problem for him and it was clear he takes great pride in making guests feel special. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and cannot wait to return!

My family and I stayed at Only You Atocha in the beginning of August and had a wonderful experience, with the staff in particular. They were so incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering to hold our baby so my husband and I could enjoy our lunch (lovely woman server at the restaurant). I wish I had asked the name of every employee we interacted with, but I do know one was named Catalin. If you are traveling with babies, small children, this is the place to go for a warm welcome :)

We had a lovely stay at Only YOU Hotel Atocha. Our room was nice and was an interesting design - it had a boutique feel to it. We really liked the bathroom. Our room could have been a little bit cleaner as we found a plastic bottle under the bed/some dust in the room but overall it was quite clean. It was a bit difficult to find reception when we checked in, as the hotel are getting work done. It was around 11pm at night and we could not find any staff members, however when we did eventually get to reception the staff were lovely and gave us some recommendations for things to do in Madrid. The food in the Sep7ima restaurant was nice and most of the staff were friendly. I had emailed ahead and checked that they had gluten free options but when we asked a staff member about this they were a bit unsure. Overall, a good experience.
