Location - right next to Atocha station, so convenient for metro and railway, and only a short walk from the Prado Museum. The surrounding area is not that pretty, so don't expect a great view. Room - not huge but comfortable, clean, nice bed and stylish decor. Very large shower, tho no bath if that's what you prefer. Also has hair straighteners. The rooftop bar is great, and this is where breakfast is served. Service was excellent, friendly staff, stylish vibe. The breakery on the ground floor was a nice area to hang out, or catch up on work. Really glad we chose this hotel. The only caveat is that building work is going on right outside, and they start very early (7am) with the jackhammers, and our balcony room was right next to it, so there were no lie-ins.

The hotel is in a great location with excellent transport links nearby. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there were construction works taking place directly outside the hotel and the noise in the mornings woke me up earlier than planned. Aside from that, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived close to 7am, the front desk team set the tone for an incredible stay. Edgar went above and beyond, arranging a complimentary breakfast at the restaurant that turned out to be a highlight in itself. The Iberian ham was sliced to perfection, and the omelette station produced some of the best omelettes I've had. Andre at the front desk was equally helpful throughout my stay, making sure every request was handled with care. The restaurant and lobby bar deserve their own mention. The grilled squid was outstanding, and the croquettes were some of the best I've tried, service was attentive and food came out beautifully prepared every time. The hotel's design is superb. Every detail felt well thought out, from the amazing amenities to the fun, inviting lobby that made you want to linger. My room had excellent storage and gorgeous hardwood floors that were easy on the feet. Lighting was plentiful and ambient rather than harsh, and the large windows offered great natural light with both shading and blackout options for total control. The bathroom was sleek and modern, with a spacious shower featuring both overhead and spot heads. The robe was a fun surprise, an orange animal print that was surprisingly comfortable and fit me well even as a large man. It was a small detail, but it perfectly captured the playful, spirited personality of the hotel. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better. Right next to the modern art museum, with easy access to taxis, Ubers, and public transit. I was never more than a 15-minute ride from anywhere in Madrid, including the stadium. The hotel is also close to Retiro Park, which has beautiful running trails, getting out for a run there right after landing was the perfect way to stave off jet lag and start exploring the city on foot. Between the exceptional staff, incredible food, and thoughtfully designed rooms, Only You Atocha exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid.

Only YOU Hotel Atocha is, without a doubt, one of the finest hotels in Madrid! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely pristine, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The highlight of our mornings was the spectacular breakfast served on the rooftop. The panoramic views over the city were breathtaking, and the setup feels like a vibrant, trendy bar. Enjoying high-quality coffee, fresh juices, and delicious food while taking in the skyline was pure perfection. A special mention goes to the staff, particularly Răzvan, a wonderful fellow Romanian who served us. He was exceptionally kind, warm, and extremely attentive. Communication was effortless, and he provided us with fantastic, super helpful local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. A huge thank you to Razvan for making our experience so special! Top-notch service, magnificent ambiance, and unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to return! Highly, highly recommended!
