Only You Hotel Atocha

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is well situated, close to the railway station and within walking distance of the tourist attractions. Razvan from Sep7ima was very attentive and made our visit even more enjoyable.

Besides the road construction outside, totally out of hotels constraints this hotel is just next level. The rooms are so beautiful and unique in their own way. The foyer area is vibrant and welcoming. The only negative was on arrival, yes I was there before 2pm check in time (12.30pm) I was told my room was not ready but obviously the look on my face made her change her mind and all of a sudden I had a room available, this annoys me so much. Hotel staff should be accommodating where they can without telling you otherwise. 9/10 guests leave before checkout time, so bring a little flexible would be ideal. Overall I would definitely come back herr again if ever in Madrid. Thank you.

What a fabulous hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted smiles and a glass of sparkling wine! The check in process was quick and we were soon in our room. There is work going on outside the hotel, we had a balcony room, but once the windows were closed there was no noise and it didn’t effect our stay. There is air conditioning in your room and a super range of amenities, Nespresso coffee machine, hair straighteners and micellar water-that is a first!! Along with all the other usual amenities such as a fridge, safe and hair dryer and kettle!! The breakfast is amazing-absolutely something for everyone-freshly cut meats, homemade ice cream, individual potions of salads, museli, popcorn!! We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was fabulous too. The location couldn’t be more convenient for the station and transport from the airport was easy too-we jumped on the airport 203 bus and it stops just opposite. Madrid is a walkable city and Only You Atocha is about a 30mins walk to Sol Would highly recommend and would return

When I got there the person wirking at the reception was very nice and explained us how the breakfeast worked and where everything was in the hotel. The room was nice, it had a lot of thing we could use, a dental kit, a hair iron, a hair dryer, free water, a coffe maker, tea, a robbe, ... But the view we had was of the hotel since the hotel is like a donut and our windows were faced toward the interior. The breakfeast was nothing short of amazing. There was a lot of variety, and the food was fresh and tasty. I would like to say that André, the person that did our check in, was amazing, he helped us a lot and spoke portuguese.

I had a fantastic stay at Only YOU Atocha and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The location is superb — directly opposite Atocha Station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving by train and getting around Madrid. It’s also a great base for exploring the city, with many attractions within easy reach. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and professional. The breakfast was another highlight — an excellent selection, fresh, beautifully presented and the perfect way to start the day. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and combines style, comfort and convenience extremely well. After travelling around Spain, Only YOU Atocha was the perfect place to finish my trip. A fantastic hotel in an excellent location with outstanding service and breakfast. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid! 🇪🇸❤️
