Rooftop bar restaurant with really great food!
Razvan was great. All the food was really good. Nice atmosphere. Tiramisu was fantastic. I was truly impressed with the whole experience.

Great hotel when your wife visits a conference and you find yourself traveling through Madrid.
A great hotel with a rooftop terrace, a small gym and convenient location near the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if we were to come back to Madrid, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Never felt a stranger.
Excellent service overall! I have to give special thanks to Razvan, who is a server from the restaurant, for being so helpful informing us about places we could visit and learn about Spanish history. Razvan took the extra mile in making us feel attended every time he meet us at the lobby or in the restaurant.

Perfect breakfast
The best location from the central station with great rooms with a warmhearted gift for our baby. I hope to use this hotel again after the construction next door is completed.

Wonderful Stay
From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, with a special mention to Raquel, who truly made our stay outstanding. She greeted us warmly and even stopped by to chat while we had breakfast the next morning, remembering our names, such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff were also kind and professional, and the hotel is perfectly located.
