Nice hotel but bad reservation practices
Third time we have visited this hotel but will be our last. By mistake we had double booked our rooms and the hotel refused to refund. Admittedly we had booked a non refundable rate through booking.com but the hotel didn’t even offer to move the rooms to another date or even provide a discount. They just informed us they needed to protect their monthy revenue and a booking outside of this month would affect their profits! Wont stay again or recommend.

Next to Atocha train station, paseo del Prado, museums, retiring, cibeles, Alcalá, Puerta del sol. Cannot be better off
This my fourth stay at only you Atocha. A wonderful place. Great service, Saray at the front desk is the best. Always helpful with a smile.

Only Atocha in Madrid
Wonderful location near the park with kind staff and thoughtfully curated rooms. The breakfast was delicious and as well as the bar and restaurant. Amenities were very nice.

The service at this hotel restaurant in Madrid was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and attention that it felt like dining with family. Achraf, in particular, was outstanding—his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy throughout our meal.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, great view from the rooftop restaurant and great omelettes at breakfast from Jose!
