Only You Hotel Atocha

I just left this hotel and could not wait to write a review. The hotel is wonderful in every way way. First of all, the location is convenient to so many things. The railway station is across the street and the Prado museum is a ten minute walk away. Plus there is a metro station right there . The staff was amazing from the moment I walked up to the desk. Juan could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Water was offered immediately and he was tremendously helpful with questions I had about the location of places.. The room was vey comfortable and outfitted wth all the nice extras. I have read complaints about the noise construction but I had an inside room so that wasn’t an issue. Plus it was the weekend and there was no construction anyway. I highly recommend the hotel for a wonder stay in Madrid. A special thanks to Adl and Samuel who were very kind during my stay. And Juan continued to be great!

The experience began before I even arrived. The reservations team was fantastic — they got every detail exactly right: specific room requirements, applicable discounts, and breakfast additions all handled seamlessly. Check-in on May 16th around noon was warm and welcoming, and the concierge team was genuinely helpful throughout. Edgar at the front desk the morning of May 17th carried that same gracious energy. Attentive, kind service is what separates a good hotel from a great one. We returned to our room to find a charcuterie board and cava waiting — a completely unexpected and beautiful touch that made us feel truly seen as guests. The room delivered on every front: incredibly comfortable beds, a lovely view, and impressive hot water through three consecutive showers. The room was cleaned daily without fail. Brunch was divine — an abundant, beautifully curated spread, all delicious. The rooftop bar? That view is unforgettable. One small note: the bar offers spirits rather than crafted cocktails — an espresso martini up there would be perfection! I've already recommended this hotel to a travel consultant who books Madrid trips regularly. I will absolutely return. 🙌

We needed to catch a train the next morning, so easy access to the train station was our main priority. However, the hotel is near enough to all the sites we wanted to see that we could walk to all and cab back to the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived after a red-eye and way before check-in. The staff helped us get comfortable after our long flight. They were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was the best hotel breakfast we had during our two week stay in Spain. I highly recommend the Only You Hotel Atocha.

This hotel is so lovely, great rooftop bar too. The staff in the lobby is exceptional - especially Jonay! Jonay was very kind and attentive to my group and I during our time here.

Had the best experience at the OnlyYou Hotel Atocha. The lobby area is beautiful - perfect spot to get work done, have a drink/coffee with friends, or just hangout. And the staff here are amazing. I spent a long time in the lobby area getting work done and Jonay made sure to check up on me and get me whatever I needed! Seriously the best!
