Our stay at Only YOU Hotel Atocha in Madrid was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Nicholas at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating—arranging for an early check-in when we arrived and a late check-out when we departed, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every interaction reflected a true commitment to hospitality, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and excellent service. If you’re visiting Madrid, I highly recommend Only YOU Hotel Atocha. It’s rare to find a hotel where the facilities are excellent and the people make you feel like valued guests. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid!

This is an exceptional hotel with wonderful employees. Every aspect of our stay was top notch. We stayed for 4 days. The staff was friendly and so helpful with anything we needed. The food was utterly outstanding. And we loved the location, within walking distance to so many things. Our experience at Only YOU Hotel Atocha was simply exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived after a long journey from Puerto Rico, we were made to feel genuinely welcome and right at home. Our check-in was handled by Caterina, who greeted us with a warm smile, outstanding hospitality, and a complimentary glass of champagne. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Danka, from the Concierge team, for the beautiful surprise she prepared for us during our second stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued. We stayed for three nights before traveling to Barcelona, and when we returned to Madrid, we chose to book the same hotel again for two additional nights. That was the best proof of how much we enjoyed our experience. The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and very cozy. During our first stay, there was some construction taking place around the hotel, so there was occasional noise. However, this was only a minor inconvenience compared to the outstanding quality of the hotel and the exceptional service we received. We would also like to highlight the outstanding dining experience. Both the breakfast buffet and the café were excellent. Yulianni, who took care of us in the restaurant, along with her colleague Achrat, made every morning special with their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. We would also like to thank Lucca from the Front Desk team, who was always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist us throughout our stay. Our final check-out was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. Jesús assisted us with exceptional professionalism and pleasantly surprised us by informing us that, thanks to our stays, we had been enrolled in the Palladium Rewards program and had earned a credit for future stays that we didn’t even know we had. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the level of care and attention this hotel provides to its guests. Only YOU Hotel Atocha offers not only modern facilities, an excellent location, and outstanding dining, but also an extraordinary team of people who truly make the difference. Without a doubt, this was an unforgettable experience, and every time we return to Madrid, this will be our hotel of choice. We highly recommend it with complete confidence. A well-deserved five-star experience!

Food was top tier along with the music and service from Denisse. Had a great time!
