Great Space, Amazing People
This place was brilliantly fantastic. We arrived at the hotel too early for check in after a long trans-Atlantic flight. Nicolas at reception greeted us warmly, checked in our bags, provided a space to freshen up, and offered us access to the hotel’s lovely rooftop breakfast. When we returned to the hotel to check in after some exploring, Nicolas provided us access to a tour of the hotel’s facilities, the very knowledge concierge, and assured our luggage was delivered to our room. The bar and restaurant were spot on, but it is the incredibly kind and forward thinking staff that makes this place special. Oh yeah - mad props for the stylish, comfortable, and temperature controlled room.

Very Helpful clerks
We arrived in Spain on May 31st. We ended up at Only you Atocha. It was the wrong Hotel, but Adil and Nico were so incredibly helpful and even got us a cab to the hotel we were staying at. You have two incredible desk clerks at your hotel. If we go back to Spain, we will chose to stay at Only You, because of these two young men!

Superb hotel for Madrid city break.
A superb hotel for our city break. All staff we met were efficient, welcoming & friendly. Check in was very easy. Our room, a deluxe double, was lovely. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hotel location is very good for access to all parts of the city. It’s right next door to Atocha mainline & metro stations. We chose to walk, slowly - 35’C, to Plaza Mayor and the surrounding sites of interest. Took us about 25 minutes. Plenty of cafes & bars on route for refreshments. Highly recommended.
