Great location for trains
Great location if planning to take a train and visiting museums. Walking distance to all three museums. We took a taxi to the palace. Clean rooms and good shower pressure. Friendly staffs.

Just need a stronger AC
Artsy but small room that needed a stronger AC but otherwise very comfortable and easy walk to train station. Everything was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Only You Atocha Hotel
Excellent hotel across road from Atocha Station in Madrid. Great room and breakfast, especially the cooking station for omelettes, scrambled eggs etc. well located for Huerta and Sol areas, easy walking to Reina Sofia and Prado museums and right next to Retiro Park, which is very pleasant to walk through.

We had a great time at Only You Hotel, Atocha. Danka at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful! She made us reservations for dinner and Flamingo dancing, gave us great restaurant recommendations and always checked in on us to ask how we were doing. She made us feel like we had a “guide” to the city of Madrid!!!!

A Small Act of Kindness That Made My Day
The atmosphere of the hotel and the customer service have been absolutely amazing, but Razvan deserves a special mention because he was another story altogether! I was travelling alone with my 3 year old daughter and wanted to get a haircut at the hotel salon. As you can imagine, I almost cancelled the appointment when my daughter refused to come inside with me. Razvan immediately stepped in and reassured me that he would stay with her in the lobby and make sure she was okay while I had my haircut. He was incredibly kind and attentive. He even brought her snacks and kept reassuring me every couple of minutes that she was absolutely fine. Thanks to him, I was able to relax and actually enjoy my appointment without worrying about my little one. It may seem like a small gesture, but when you're travelling alone with a young child, this kind of kindness and thoughtfulness means so much. Thank you, Razvan, for going above and beyond and making my stay even more special! I would definitely recommend this hotel not only for the beautiful atmosphere and excellent service, but especially for the genuinely caring people who work here.
