Reviews for The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid

Luxurious yet comfortable!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Luxurious, immaculate, newly renovated property filled with gorgeous chandeliers, stained glass and marble with comfortable rooms and modern necessities. It is well situated near many sites yet quiet for sleeping as our room faced the courtyard. Restaurant and bar servers are very attentive and friendly; the breakfast buffet accommodates all and is not to be missed. There is a small outdoor terrace near the fitness center; a lovely spot in which we enjoyed our anniversary Cava. Guests can sign up with the concierge for a complimentary evening cocktail tasting in 27 Club Bar, the site of remarkable past guests such as Hemingway and Dali. Our bartender not only described the notable drinks, he also provided a fascinating history of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service and amazing rooms I I really liked that they had multiple different restaurants inside and a lot of different food options

Lovely stay - worth it.

We have been here for five nights. Love the hotel. Housekeeping is superb! The room is lovely and perfectly quiet. There is a super nice doorman from Haiti - I can’t remember his name but wanted to call him out. Service in the bar downstairs was generally very good . We didn’t do the breakfast as we had tours to run to most mornings. Would definitely stay here again

Just wow!!

Wow! Everything felt newly renovated in our large rooms which were so well appointed. The breakfast was probably one of the best buffet breakfasts we have ever had abroad (especially the omelets and the woman cutting slices of iberico ham at the carving station). Friendly staff, great location, and the breakfast area transforms into one of the prettiest restaurants/bars at night with a gorgeous glass ceiling. I can't recommend highly enough!

A wonderful hotel

The hotel is well located and in easy walking distance to many of the sights and the popular Las Letras area which has many restaurants and tapas bars. The rooms were delightfully furnished and very comfortable. They are also spotlessly clean. Great toiletries by Bredo in the bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed by the 27 Club bar (which is historic) - dark and lacking atmosphere relative to the other main area. Breakfast buffet was abundant with a range of Spanish, European and Asian items. A lovely start to the day.

I just returned The Palace package that I purchased from Luxury Link. It was absolutely lovely. The room was marvelous and the people were so nice and helpful. I must say it was quite a buy. Thank you.

Just returned from 5 night stay in junior suite at Westin Palace Madrid. Breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner. The front desk was very helpful, room comfortable, spacious and well equipped with luxury bath and delightful bed. Service outstanding. Overall, a first class hotel in Madrid. Five nights was just the right amount of time to see Madrid and surrounding sights. This was an excellent value through LL.

My husband and I traveled to Madrid this year and had booked a room at the Westin Palace for three nights. They put us on the special VIP guest floor in a spacious deluxe room with a magnificent marble bathroom and view of the city. If that wasn't enough, they also included a sumptuous breakfast buffet!

The Westin Palace, Madrid, was grand and our accommodations pure luxury. And their dining room served the best roast lamb in town.

I can't say enough about the Westin Palace Hotel-Madrid in Spain. Everything was superb. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I thought that the service was first-rate. Throw in perfect weather like I had and you have the ultimate Madrid experience.
