Absolutely wonderful renovation. La Cupula Restaurant and Bar is simply magical with its huge stained glass dome. Ane prices are quite reasonable. The rooms are a nice size and finished beautifully.

Wonderful Stay! My husband I I just returned from our second stay at The Palace and we are already anticipating our return. The hotel is beautiful and because of our Ambassador status, we were upgraded to a gorgeous suite. The breakfast has everything you could possbily want—eggs to order, fresh fruit, yogurt, gyozas...the list goes on. I want to give a particular thank you to Bosco who was lovely to speak with and made sure everything ran smoothly. Do not miss their spectacular opera brunch—lobster, langoustine, Beef Wellington and more! The service was impeccable and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

We arrived super early in the morning on a flight from the US, not expecting our room to be ready at all. The gentleman at registration checked and immediately got us into a room. This was a game changer and we had a relaxed nap, freshened up and could enjoy a lovely evening in madrid. The hotel is beautiful, historic and tasteful. The staff are kind and the breakfast is good. Expensive, but good. The hotel location is very convenient and we would definitely stay there again.

Never take rooms 234, 334, or 434. They have a terrible view of the courtyard, or rather, the courtyard wall. Check on booking if there are other rooms available when you are forced to take theese rooms.

Answer: At The Palace, zero – because the light bulb was never changed. A simple request to replace a light bult in our room went unanswered for the entire five-day stay, to the point it became a joke. Of course, I wasn’t laughing when I saw the cost on my credit card statement. The Palace Hotel projects that it is a five-star hotel. Recently renovated, its public spaces are elegant, rooms tastefully decorated, and its hotel bar is breathtaking, located under a stunningly large dome. (I’ll admit it – the pictures of the hotel bar are what sold me on staying here.) But a beautiful hotel bar does not make a five-star hotel, does it? No, it’s in the details. For example, a five-star hotel would have its room perfect for its guest – not one where two lights were not working. And yet, it took two requests to get one lamp fixed, and the other one was never fixed. There were other service hiccups that undermined my decision to stay at The Palace. In spite of this, location is perfect, staff were always polite, and the shower was a delight. But I’m sure there’s better value to be had in Madrid than staying at The Palace – a 3.5 star hotel, at best. My suggestion is this: have a drink at the hotel bar but then stay somewhere else.

I just returned The Palace package that I purchased from Luxury Link. It was absolutely lovely. The room was marvelous and the people were so nice and helpful. I must say it was quite a buy. Thank you.

Just returned from 5 night stay in junior suite at Westin Palace Madrid. Breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner. The front desk was very helpful, room comfortable, spacious and well equipped with luxury bath and delightful bed. Service outstanding. Overall, a first class hotel in Madrid. Five nights was just the right amount of time to see Madrid and surrounding sights. This was an excellent value through LL.

My husband and I traveled to Madrid this year and had booked a room at the Westin Palace for three nights. They put us on the special VIP guest floor in a spacious deluxe room with a magnificent marble bathroom and view of the city. If that wasn't enough, they also included a sumptuous breakfast buffet!

The Westin Palace, Madrid, was grand and our accommodations pure luxury. And their dining room served the best roast lamb in town.

I can't say enough about the Westin Palace Hotel-Madrid in Spain. Everything was superb. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I thought that the service was first-rate. Throw in perfect weather like I had and you have the ultimate Madrid experience.
