Gorgeous hotel
Incredible service. Everything was top notch. Food delicious for breakfast and dinner as well as room service. Concierge team was so helpful for us with our baby. I want to stay again! The hotel is gorgeous and well kept.

Beautiful Hotel
This hotel was top notch and very central to everything we wanted to see. Everything is walkable. I would say if you need to do laundry, we found a place that did it for us for only $14 Euros and it saved us time, so we can continue site seeing. It’s called Launderette Cervantes- address is Calle de Leon, 6, Madrid.

Absolutely shocking service , the hotel sent a chauffeur for me , he stole my briefcase with money and valuables, the Hotel did Nothing to help or resolve - Public Beware

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It was in a good location to walk to most museums and attractions that Madrid has to offer. Inside is absolutely gorgeous.

Madrid Couple Stay
We had such a wonderful stay at The Palace Madrid. Everything was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the incredible service and genuine warmth of the entire team. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make sure he had a truly special day. Every detail and thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly well looked after. A very special shout-out to the whole team, but especially to Dio and Oscar, who made our stay feel like home. Their warmth, kindness and attentiveness made such a difference. And Dio’s laugh is absolutely contagious. It’s impossible not to smile around him! Thank you for making our time in Madrid so memorable. We left with the best memories and already can’t wait to come back. ❤️

I just returned The Palace package that I purchased from Luxury Link. It was absolutely lovely. The room was marvelous and the people were so nice and helpful. I must say it was quite a buy. Thank you.

Just returned from 5 night stay in junior suite at Westin Palace Madrid. Breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner. The front desk was very helpful, room comfortable, spacious and well equipped with luxury bath and delightful bed. Service outstanding. Overall, a first class hotel in Madrid. Five nights was just the right amount of time to see Madrid and surrounding sights. This was an excellent value through LL.

My husband and I traveled to Madrid this year and had booked a room at the Westin Palace for three nights. They put us on the special VIP guest floor in a spacious deluxe room with a magnificent marble bathroom and view of the city. If that wasn't enough, they also included a sumptuous breakfast buffet!
