Stunning property, impeccable service, and fantastic location. A perfect place to stay in Madrid!!
Beautiful property in an amazing location. Staff were so helpful and courteous. Superb service. Our concierge, Paula Garcia, made our trip extra special with incredible dinner reservations, gym recommendations and transportation services needed throughout our stay. We plan to stay here again next time we are in Madrid. Can’t imagine a better experience is possible in Madrid!

Fantastic Hotel!
Fantastic experience!! From the minute you enter, the staff is there to ensure a lovely experience. I suggest you upgrade to the Red Level - it’s worth the extra price.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel is absolutely stunning – from the beautiful design to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure every detail is perfect. The facilities are wonderful, with everything exceeding expectations. Breakfast was delicious, dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, and the rooftop is simply breathtaking. Everything was truly perfect.

Great hotel experience.
Hotel is in a nice area of Madrid. We got upgraded to a suite for being American Express members. We had access to the Red Level perks so that was a bonus. The food and drinks offered was great with our Red Level access. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. Our room was spacious with a great view. I wish we had more time in Madrid so we can truly enjoy Palacio de los Duques. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I ever visit Madrid.

Perfect in Every Way...4 amazing nights in Madrid
Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) stayed for 4 nights at this incredible hotel this week and we were blown away by the hotel, friendliness of the staff and location. Everyone we spoke with was incredibly helpful and nice and the whole vibe of the hotel is welcoming. Everyone who works there spoke to our young children and asked how we were doing and gave us suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is amazing...walking distance to so many sites/things to do, but it's off a bit from the main area which is perfectly quiet. I can't wait to return and recommend anyone coming to Madrid to book this hotel to complete their stay.
