A BIG shout out to Jose. He spent a large amount of time with us to solve a transportation issue. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience to explore all the options available to us for a short notice trip to Toledo. Extremely well done!

Spectacular hotel!
Staying at the Palacio was a highlight of our trip!!! This hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and be helpful. They had every amenity and detail you could need. Breakfast was also a special highlight. I would HIGHLY reccomend staying if you get the chance.

A truly top-notch stay from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed — the warmth and attentiveness of the staff is something you rarely encounter. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, with the city’s finest attractions steps away. Standard checkout is at noon, but the hotel graciously extended ours to 2 pm — a small gesture that speaks volumes about how much they value their guests. Highly recommended without reservation.
