Great location and excellent stay!
Excellent location and very clean! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We are a family of 3 (teenage daughter) and had a room with a pull out that was very comfortable and spacious. Shower was excellent and the A/C worked very well! Definitely recommend staying here - great value for the cost!

A great place to stay near El Retiro Park
We had a wonderful stay at Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XIi. It is conveniently located by the El Retiro Park (which is also beautiful). We were near great restaurants. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The rooms were nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, where the food was high quality and servers were attentive.

Quiet elegance in the midst of a bustling city
A quiet and elegant refuge in the very center of Madrid's business and shopping district with views to the Retiro Park. Efficient staff, comfortable and very ample rooms, excellent service.

Ideal Madrid stay near El Retiro
The highlight was our location across from El Retiro. What a gorgeous park! I went both days to walk. Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso is a nice area. Just a 20 minute walk to El Prado. Our superior double gave us plenty of space. Really nice closet and adequate bathroom. Everything was clean. They provided some basic toiletries. Great shower pressure as well. Just a lovely building. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to keep bags stored while we went to pick up a rental car. I am so happy I chose to stay there!

So good we’re coming back for longer
Amazing hotel, we loved it so much we’re coming back. We stayed one night before heading to Cáceres and we loved the hotel, the room and the experience. The breakfast was fabulous and we loved having a kettle in the room. Highly recommend, it’s got everything you need.
