Outstanding..!!
Just finished a 5-night stay at The Principal and couldn't be happier. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are sleek, ultra-modern, and impressively clean. What really makes this hotel, though, is the team. A special thanks to Rafael, the Guest Experience Manager, for his incredible hospitality, and to Venancio from the Security team for making us feel so looked after. If you want luxury with a personal touch, stay here!

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location
Beautiful hotel in a great location, the smart TV and as a special touch an a rainy day. The staff was excellent, especially Sergio Rafael. The towels were huge, the view from the rooftop was awesome. Breakfast included was worth it.

Comfortable, Guest-Focused Hotel
Enjoyed a week long stay at this comfortable, centrally located and modern hotel. Rooms were small but modern, well-equipped, clean and pleasant. Delightful small restaurant and lounge. The showpiece was the staff at the front door, reception, lounge, restaurant and housekeeping. Particular applauds to the restaurant. Maitre de Rafael, who was welcoming and attentive to all guests. The restaurant would not be the same without him. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel in great location!
Beautiful hotel right on Gran Via. Walking distance to Retiro Park and many other sights. Lots of restaurants and great shopping. Breakfast was included for us and the rooftop was exquisite. Rafael is once of the concierges there. He was a gem. Absolutely friendly, always smiling, and always offering to help (whether it’s coffee at breakfast or a local place to eat/sightsee). You can tell he takes great pride in his work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
