Exceptional birthday trip
The service and food was exceptional. The room was very clean and the staff went far and beyond to ensure my husband had an amazing birthday. The couples massage was the best, very relaxing.

Best Hotel in Madrid by FAR
Location and ambience was better than advertised!!! Room was clean and had all the necessary essentials and more. The staff and Rafael was plenty of help they made the experience that much better/easier. They also gave us the BEST recs for restaurants and coffee shops.

Top Spot in Madrid
We spent a couple of days at the Principal Madrid Hotel around New Year time. A fabolous experience, the Principal is perfectly situated in the centre of Madrid. Rooms are very nice and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Make sure you meet Laura who will greet you at breakfast and make your day brighter.

Trip of a lifetime
My boys and I had a wonderful time at the Principal Madrid. Everyone was so nice, polite and helpful! The care was extraordinary down to the sweet bedtime treats. Rafael was so kind and attentive. Everything was beautiful! This was the trip of a lifetime and I am so grateful to The Principal!

Wonderful stay
The hotel is lovely and in a wonderful location for enjoying Madrid. The cozy bar was great in the evening and the rooftop garden was very pleasant, even in December. Breakfast was luxurious. The service overall was excellent. I would love to come back.
