Pleasant Stay at the Principal Madrid
My wife and I had a pleasant stay at the Principal Madrid. We had a Deluxe room with great view of Gran Via to soak in the holidays atmosphere of beautiful Madrid. Rafael and the staff were very courteous and attentive.

I’m not sure my first review was accepted, so I’m writing another to ensure that readers know what exceptional service Rafael and staff provide. From the moment we walked in, we felt like family was welcoming us. Rafael made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he takes pride in his service. Borgia at the front door took made sure we understood how to get around the city. It was extra touches like a handwritten note in the room, a fruit plate, a specialty cocktail, and complimentary bottles of water that elevated our experience beyond hotels I’ve stayed that were much more expensive. Thank you.
