The Principal Madrid is excellent
This hotel is a gem. Location is excellent. Our room was quiet, spacious, great shower, very comfortable king bed with crisp linens. The staff are professional, accommodating, and very personable. In particular, Rafael greeted us every morning with a smile and our coffee orders on the way! He manages a busy dining room with ease and efficiency while making us feel as though we are his only customers. I would also like to acknowledge Hermine at the concierge desk. She handled our many requests for private tour guides (in and outside of Madrid) and dinner reservations. Again, so professional with a personal touch. A wonderful place from which to explore Madrid!

Fantastic Central to everything.
Boutique Hotel in one of the best spots in Madrid. Walk to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious on the 6th floor. Leticia was a pleasure! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Perfect location/impeccable service
Incredible experience at this hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and the service was impeccable. Specifically, Rafael made our stay very memorable as he was always available to help. Perfect location, rooms were very nice, amazing comfortable bed. Highly Recommend!
