Outstanding service in a great central location.
Fabulous location, and outstanding service. We just spent four days at the principal hotel and it is a charming boutique hotel with very attentive service. We particularly appreciated Raphael at breakfast whose warm hospitality set the stage for a nice day. Sergio is also fabulous and makes sure every guest has an amazing experience in the restaurant. No request is too much and he goes out of his way with great care and kindness. If you’re looking for five star service, with specialized attention, this is the place We would absolutely come back Dr Mehta

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the very heart of Madrid; a perfect combination of luxury and authenticity. Everything felt special, from the beautiful atmosphere to the incredible food and the amazing rooftop experience. We truly felt spoiled and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The bartender couldn’t care less
Great location and nice front of the house staff. Was a favorite to stay when I travel to Madrid-no more went to the terrace bar after I came back from a dinner at 10:50 and asked if I could get a drink, I was given a cocktail menu and told to sit outside, 15 minutes later nobody came so I go back to the bar and asked for the drink that I had chosen to be told that the bar was closed and couldn’t get it, after I complained that I had been waiting for 15 minute outside they agreed to make the drink for me only to wait another 15 and no drinks, finally I got up and went to the front desk to complain and ask till what time they were open to be told till 1am. Don’t waste guest time with bar staff that is either untrained or couldn’t care less

Great service and amazing food!
Muchas gracias a Paola! We had a wonderful time. The menu degustación is incredible, a little glance of the best dishes from the whole menu. The terrace is great too and you can enjoy calmly your meal with an amazing view of the city.
