The staff could not have been more helpful and nice, especially when looking for activities and repairing a suitcase
Upon arrival, I was looking for something to do in the realm of Opera. Rafael, a concierge was extremely helpful in finding me a wonderful presentation at Teatro Rialto. Also, one of the straps on my suitcase had ripped and when I asked, he instructed Housekeeping to fix the strap which was above and beyond in my opinion. It was close to 100°F during our Madrid stay, so we end up eating almost all of our meals in the main restaurant. Food was very good and affordable. Plus the bar had the best espresso martini I've ever had.

Mostly good value
Lovely bed, quiet room (window onto courtyard not street), super rooftop terrace, helpful professional staff. Housekeeping very inconsistent. Tea bags but no coffee in the room when we arrived, by day 2 a sachet of Nescafé appeared but the face cloth vanished, on day 3 the face cloth reappeared and then vanished again on day 4. Not serious but for >€300 a night we expect better. Super location by the way.

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Sergio for his kindness, warm welcome, and outstanding service throughout my stay. He made me feel genuinely valued as a guest and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and friendly attitude are a true credit to the hotel.

Love it
My go-to hotel in Madrid. So central. Beautiful rooftop terraces and the breakfast fantastic (and quirky- some left field options) Staff are lovely too.
