Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!
We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The service was fast and professional. A special thanks to Sergio, who was exceptionally kind, sociable, and made us feel very welcome. His positive attitude and excellent service really made our experience even better. Thank you to the whole team we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel and location in Madrid
We had a lovely week at the Principal Hotel. It’s a perfect location to take in the museums and cultural activities, and walk to the parks as well. The staff is all fantastic. Rafael treated us like friends and took excellent care of us. The entire staff did. The hotel itself is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff is top notch (and very sweet people, too.)
