Breakfast at The Principal!
I challenge you to find a better breakfast than the one at The Principal! It is so elegant and delicious. And Sergio, a member of their hospitality team, is so professional and attentive. He made this experience extra special.

Great 8 night stay
Fabulous staff from Rafael (guest services), Maria (reception), Sergio and Paula (restaurant) and several others. We were there with our college aged son and daughter for 8 nights and were made to feel very welcome. Enjoyed hanging out in 6th floor lobby with views, terrace and our rooms were great. Calm and elegant decor but not stuffy. Just funky, relaxing and fun. Excellent location too!

Restaurant and Staff
Dining here was pleasant for us. Very good food and amazing staff. Sergio was very kind and helpful. The bread that they brought at the beginning was phenomenal. We ordered and enjoyed creamy rice, french fries, blue fin tuna and steak tartar with bone marrow. The complimentary cold tomato soup was a nice gesture as well. Overall it was a good experience, I recommend you give it a try!

A 4-star hotel
Very good location. I think it is overrated for a 5-star hotel. No turned down and change of towels offered at night. Breakfast is standard, but the restaurant is very close to the reception so you are in the middle of check-in and chech-out. You cannot give this hotel 5 stars like the Mandarin or the Four Seasons.

Simply the best
Just wow! Central location. Beautiful hotel. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Clean as a whistle. The best feature of The Principle? The staff, including the wonderful Rafael. And Sergio. All of you! Oh, and the equal best? The facial and massage. The very best I’ve ever, ever had. Thank you.
