A great stay!
We love the Principal Hotel for the comfort, location and friendliness of the staff. We have been back to the hotel many times and enjoy it each time. We had a Deluxe Superior Room. The breakfast staff were very good in accommodating our needs, as were Reception and Concierge - thank you!

Wonderful coffee service
We had a lovely breakfast of pastries and coffee on the terrace in the sun. Exceptionally friendly and kind staff!

Rooms in the back have a terrible noise probkem
They have a problem with street noise at night. Staff knows about it and did nothing. It was really bad at 2-5am.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay at The Principal Madrid. It’s a charming boutique hotel with a beautiful atmosphere, stylish design, and a perfect location. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and Rafael deserves a special mention—he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. His hospitality truly made our experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Principal to anyone visiting Madrid!

Fabulous Hotel in Central Madrid -The Best
Amazing hotel in a great location with a staff that really takes care of you. We had massages on arrival. The massage therapists were great. The hotel staff are the kindest most hospitable. Thank you Rafael, Ven, and Moises for your incredible spirits.
