A beautiful, elegant hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely highlight with beautiful views over the city. A truly memorable experience. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel in an ideal location
We had a wonderful stay here, celebrating birthdays with our family. The hotel is in an ideal central location to be able to explore the city. The building and rooms are full of character and lovely little touches that remind you it’s a 5* hotel and not part of a big chain. The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming and made sure that we always felt seen and valued. We highly recommend a stay here.
