Nice room - noisey and hot (and its oct!!)
Room decor lovely and clean...bath room clean. Air con useless and we stayed in October. Noise from street high and we were on top floor so away from street. We did face street..no noise cancelling windows or curtains..it they were . They didn't work. Location great for station..and park For the price.. id expect proper air con..and a quiet room.. Would not stay again..over priced for what it was..

Radisson Red opened on a 'high note'; don't let that slide!
Attend to the business in front of you. Let the Quarterly Reports remain Corporate's Problems, and defend your people on the ground, facing quests and their needs and desires. Think longer term. That is at the core of Hospitality Reputations and Relationships, generation to generation.

Unhelpful and unfriendly
Unhelpful hotel. I made a reservation 6 months before the trip and realized changed in plan 3 days after booking. There refused to offer any refund or change in booking even I agreed to pay for the difference in fare. They are impossible to reach. Wasted my money in international calls as there will never be anyone answering the phone. Email response is slow and sometimes none. Spent months trying to reach them for a more possible result but no luck getting any prompt and positive reply from them at all. End up the room when to waste and I can only no show for my booking which is sad and disappointing. The overall process is tiring and frustrating as I can never talk to a real people from the Radisson, all their replies are cold. I am a Radisson member and I will not be booking their hotel again.

Dark rooms and no sleep from noisy water pipes
Travelled with Tour and asked for twin room issues a double. Changed rooms had to ask for extra toilet paper, only half roll for two days. The noise from the water system was unbearable and had no sleep 😴 . The pipe rattled that much that it made our bathroom door open.
