Walkable from the train station. Bus stop and metro just outside. Staff were very personable. There is a rooftop bar

I recently stayed at Radisson Red Madrid and loved it. The location was unbeatable—right in the city center with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The décor gave it a cool, modern vibe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff at check-in and the lively atmosphere at the rooftop bar. The included Wi‑Fi worked great, and breakfast offered a nice variety.

There is noisy disco next door. It was on the whole night. Couldn’t sleep so missed my business conference next day as only managed to go to sleep after 6am. Hotel offered a change of room at 5am approx. They should have given a quiet room to start with. Unless you will be going to the disco, avoid this hotel.

Very disappointed with my stay at Radisson RED Madrid. The app clearly showed upgraded rooms available, yet reception repeatedly denied this without a reasonable explanation. Amenity kits were poorly maintained throughout my stay. Service was substandard, with no recognition of loyal members.
