It's really the best staff ever met, especially Oksana and Lucia, I did a mistake in the booking, did it after one month, they supported me alot to to lose my booking since it can't be modified, they manged it to let me check in properly with my booking after modification, really I appreciate them alot.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Raddison Red Madrid. The hotel staff - Kiko in particular - was incredibly friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself and my room had all of the features I am looking for when traveling for work: a beautiful lounge on the main floor, easy-to-use lighting in my room and well-located outlets for charging my digital tech, terrific service each day when cleaning my room. On top of all that, the location is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Hotel and Stay. Fantastic location for exploring Madrid

Stayed for two nights in a Superior Room with Terrace. Hotel lobby, bar and restaurant areas on the ground floor are done really nicely and look fantastic. Check in staff were friendly and professional spoken great English and were always available to help when needed. Room itself was a little on the small side but the terrace and bathroom were both huge. Bed was super comfortable, TV, fridge and coffee machine all worked well. Everything in the bathroom worked well. Noise wise we did not hear any of the other rooms or any traffic noise from the street outside. Breakfast was buffet style and decent with all the usual foods. The bar area was very comfortable for drinks as well in the evening. The martini bar on the room was nice although not open on our visit you can still go in and experience the terrace they have there. Hotel is in a great location in Madrid as well. Would definitely stay in the hotel every time we are in Madrid.

Nice decoration and very convenient location. Friendly staff and good security. Decent breakfast with many options.Nice balconies on our rooms on the 7th floor. I would stay there again.
