The hotel is very close to many attractions including Museo Del Prado and Museo Reina Sofia we planned to visit. It is also steps away from a subway station. There are plenty of food choices around. The hotel is modern, service very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As a Premier member, I have certain expectations regarding my benefits during hotel stays, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell short. Upon arrival, my room was not upgraded, which is a standard benefit of my membership. While the reception informed me that the hotel was fully booked, I checked the hotel’s website and found that upgrade options were indeed available. My stay was for two nights, and I only received complimentary tea and coffee in my room on the first day; this was not replenished the following day. I brought this to the attention of the reception, but did not receive any follow-up. Traveling with my children, the lack of attention to these details negatively affected our overall experience. I believe these issues should be addressed to ensure a better experience for Premier members in the future.

Disappointed with the size and quality of the Superior Room with Terrace. Water temperature was low.

Very decent hotel in Atocha. I prefer this location as it central enough without the overwhelming crowds. Staff are nice, breakfast with good variety and options. My room was OK, with some outdated signs. The so called complementary water bottle is simply tap water.

We found the room to be spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nicely designed bathroom. The slightly quirky decor was tasteful and added a pleasant touch to both the room and the public spaces. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and straightforward. Overall, a good experience.
