stayed at Raddison Red in Madrid, Atocha several times during my business trips in Madrid. Have been welcomed very well with good hospitality from the staff. A huge appreciation from the checking staff including Yuvi, who have always made my stay at the hotel very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to stay...

For four stars it did mot meet my expectations. They dis not upgrade me to a higher floor as Booking.com had arranged (but I understand it was busy on Valentines day when I checked in). Intermittent hot water meant showers were tricky as the water was cold, warm and cold again… and then warm for a bit. No password for wifi felt very insecure and lazy of the hotel. Only one English channel? No safe in the room (they did bring one). The hotel Sleep N’Atocha across the road does have smaller rooms but is much nicer with a delicious free breakfast and ‘all day tea/coffee and soft drinks’ in their cosy shared areas - and is half the price! I did appreciate the comfortable bed, good air con and free filtered water in the corridors.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and always received impeccable service. Traveling to Madrid on business, and having tried several hotels, this is a clear favorite. The bar staff are all (whom I have met) very attentive, with a joke / some irony mixed into their talking points, while staying discreet at the same time. Very relaxing, but they also cater for some work providing a large desk with electricity outlets at the front of the bar. Front desk staff are very professional and helpful. I would like to mention Kiko and Wojtek who really have proven to give that little extra service, making me think «damn, that was beyond expectiations, I really want to go back here next time»!

If you're going to Madrid, I highly recommend staying at the Radisson RED Hotel. Conveniently located close to the city centre I couldn’t have asked for more. My room was spacious and spotless, with stylish décor and crisp bed sheets. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable - so much so that it was hard to get out of bed each morning - yet perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing. The Metro Station is literally 3 min walk from the hotel, making it easy and affordable to get around Madrid. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and secure in the area. Last but not least, I cannot praise Wojtek Pstrong enough. As manager, he truly embodies professionalism and excellence, going above and beyond to ensure I had the absolute best experience.
