Loved this hotel, the vibe was great and the staff was exceptional. Special mention to Koki who went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The location is perfect, cannot wait to go back.

Hotel has a good location easy to find and an easy walk from the train station. Staff professional and friendly particularly reception staff.Area was very safe, surrounded by Art museums, gardens and bars with free tapas that ranged from olives, local casseroles, fish, traditional ham and cheeses. Bedroom a good size, safe, bath and shower.Room was clean and had supplies of tea and coffee. Extra large bed which was comfortable, and comfortable pillows , quiet air conditioning which kept the room cool .

Rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds, though lighting could be better. Bathroom is large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Unfortunately noise from the street can wake you up during the night.

We stayed at the Radisson Red Madrid on a Friday and Saturday night in April 2026. The noise coming from the neighboring nightclubs was unacceptably loud from about 2300 until 0500 in the morning. Even ear plugs did not allow for a restful sleep either of the nights for anyone in our party. For the price we paid for our stay, we expected better. For this reason alone we would not stay at this hotel again. On the plus side, the room was extremely modern, up to date, and spacious and offered great amenities. The beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. The lobby and other common areas were pleasant. The staff were professional and friendly. The location, save for the proximity to the nightclubs, is otherwise fantastic, too, as it is basically across the street from the Atocha railway station as well as the Reina Sofia Museum and close to both the Prado and the Thyssen-Bornemisza museums.
