We recently booked a stay at the Radisson RED Miraflores, and it exceeded all our expectations. It proved to be an absolute fantastic choice, especially for older adults looking for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind while traveling. Incredible Staff & Peace of Mind: The staff here are truly super kind and welcoming from the moment you step through the doors. Because of a late-night flight arrival, we needed help organizing safe airport transportation, and the front desk went above and beyond to arrange reliable private transit for us. It took away all the travel stress. Easy to Navigate: The hotel layout is modern, clean, and very easy to get around. It’s situated in a very walkable, safe, and flat neighborhood, making daily strolls or getting out and about simple and stress-free. Convenient Food Options Everywhere: Location-wise, it couldn't be better. There are tons of food and dining options right nearby. Whether you want local Peruvian cuisine or familiar global favorites—like Popeyes, Burger King, and McDonald's—everything is just a short, easy walk from the lobby. Comfy & Spotlessly Clean: The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, featuring cozy beds, quiet surroundings, and spotlessly clean modern bathrooms. Special Shout Out to - Carlos, Paula, Carolina!!! :)

We were booked here on a tour and found it comfortable and well-located: 5 minute walk to the Reina Sofia, 10 to the Atocha Station, 15 to the Prado/Thyssen. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast buffet was lavish, although service struggled to keep tables clean at peak breakfast time. Staff was otherwise helpful and welcoming. Adequate charging ports, good shower. Didn't love the small elevators in a hotel this large, but overall, a great choice for central Madrid.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it very easy to explore Madrid on foot. We particularly loved being so close to Retiro Park, which was perfect for a relaxing walk and some time outdoors. The location also made it really easy to visit Museo de la Luz, which was a great experience that we all enjoyed - my son especially! The hotel itself is modern, stylish and has a really fun atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean and well designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being so close to Atocha Train Station, Overall, a great choice for a family city break — excellent location, comfortable rooms, friendly service and a fun, modern atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!

Location was good for us. The hotel ambiance and design were beautiful. Room space and size excellent. Some negatives: Reception staff not so welcoming and not here to help Room cleaning not great, especially on the bathroom side as we could spot hair accumulation on corners between wall and door. No information what so ever on the changing of begunning of breakfast. Apparently switch to summer time happened and no one informed us in advance. We were supposed to go on a trip early in the morning. No one offered a solution for a rake away. What a shame !🙁 During worl cup final to watch the game they told us in the bars that you can not reserve seats. We then arrive early but many front seats were reserved. How can this happen, a double standard that we did not appreciate

Great location close to the centre and with lots of local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and the hotel was great.
