Rosewood Villa Magna

I’ve stayed at quite a few luxury hotels over the years, and the Rosewood Villa Magna is firmly near the top of the list. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff are warm, polished, and genuinely make you feel welcome without ever being overbearing. The rooms are beautiful, the property is immaculate, the spa is fantastic, and the concierge team is outstanding—knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Its location on the Paseo de la Castellana is hard to beat, whether you’re in Madrid for business, culture, or sports. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city while still feeling like a true luxury retreat. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for one of the best hotels in Madrid, this is it.

I stayed here with my family for two nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating friendly and always had smiles on their face! Gorgeous hotel and great for everyone! The location is great if you love shopping. We stayed in the suite which was spacious, and super great. Super clean and comfy!!

They created such a warm and personalized experience that we immediately felt at home. They were especially wonderful with our children and made sure they had a truly magical time during our stay. Those thoughtful touches and genuine kindness meant so much to us as parents and made the trip even more special for our family. Our room was absolutely beautiful, elegant, peaceful, and filled with incredible attention to detail. It quickly became one of our favorite hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, and honestly, we did not want to leave. The breakfast, the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience were simply flawless. It is very rare to find a hotel where absolutely everything feels perfect, but Rosewood Villa Magna achieved exactly that. We left already dreaming about returning. Loved my stay so much that I am naming it my favorite hotel in the world. The property is beautiful, the service unbeatable, the amenities top. If you like a hotel with top restaurants and bars, this is the hotel for you.

I wont stay at a rosewood chain again after my experience here. Lots of issues and v poor complaints management. I raised several complaints but the complaints fell on deaf ears. First time ive had such a bad experience with a top hotel.
