Great location and welcome
Stayed for the F1 race plus an extra night ,and the hotel exceeded expectations. Location is the best! This was my second visit and Emilia in reception remembered me and helped make my stay feel even more special. Room was great on second floor overlooking the street, but it wasn't noisy. Food and drinks were good. Breakfast menu items were tasty. Pool bar lovely and always found a table. Lobby bar a great place to spend time. Housekeeping a little variable - disappearing bathrobe, no face cloths one day but otherwise they were good too. Would stay here in a heartbeat on a return to Madrid.

Amazing hotel in heart of Madrid
Fabulous weekend . Hotel was so nice and staff lovely. Location great . Amazing corner suite .Roof top bar service and drinks good . Only downside was the roof top restaurant.
