I am writing to express our sincere gratitude for the outstanding support we received from one of staff members, Mr. Moussa Armia , during a distressing situation we experienced recently while staying at your hotel. Due to the negligence of a tourist agent , who failed to honor our confirmed tour reservation without any prior notice, we found ourselves in a very upsetting and stressful position. That shamefull fraud sold us a tour package [Stay away from ROBERT @ Ocean Wind Charters] near your hotel and simply cancelled and even whorse refused to refund. However, Hotel employee, Mr. Armia Moussa went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us during that time. Despite not being obligated to assist, he voluntarily contacted the agent on our behalf and helped us search for alternative solutions. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step in at such a critical moment truly made a difference in our experience and helped us regain our trust in hospitality. His actions reflects the highest standard of customer service and bring great credit to your hotel. We had the meatlover menu in the honeymoon setting on the beach. We had a lovely dinner and nice drinks. Zin serviced us all the evening and she takes nice pictures. We had a lovely very good dinner. It was an evening never to forget and thanks for all.

Great stay. Beautiful Hotel and location. We enjoy it very much. Good food comfortable rooms and friendly staff as well as being very helpful. Good location Close to Victoria for boat trips and 30 minute drive to airport. Gorgeous tropical forest all around.

Unfortunately, this is in no way a five star hotel. At first view it seems to be a nice place with pleasant tropical gardens and a clean and large pool area. These surroundings cannot however, mask the appalling service throughout the hotel. We were treated like common thieves by Eko, the staff member in charge of handing out towels. Our names did not seem to match his list of room occupants, so no towel for us. And we had to pay for our drinks as soon as we ordered them instead of charging them to the room. I think his position of importance may have been slightly exaggerated in his own mind. We do not pay top dollar to be treated as if we are going to steal from the hotel. This kind of staff attitude creates a very bad atmosphere. It took two and a half hours for our luggage to get to our room. The man who finally delivered the bags merely rolled his eyes at us and said ‘it’s not my fault.’ Also not the kind of behaviour one expects in a supposed five star hotel. Could we have the instant coffee sachets replaced please? Yes we can. But it took four phone calls and four hours to do so. Same to replace the rock hard pillows for two softer ones. In fact the staff were so incompetent, slow, disinterested and rude that it was almost farcical. This is a three star hotel masquerading as something better. It is failing badly. On a positive note we had an excellent meal at Pescado cooked by a very friendly chef from Myanmar. The staff at this restaurant were very pleasant. Thank you to them. This place needs a complete relook at how staff are trained. They currently have no clue. We cannot recommend and would not return. This is a great shame when the rest of our Seychelles experience was so positive.

We can highly recommend the hotel. It's a 5-star hotel, very well-kept, it's neat and very clean, it has big rooms, beautiful bathroom and nice terrace. The garden and the pool area are also very well kept, beautiful and clean. The beach is amazing. The employees are friendly and we offer good service everywhere. We will definitely be back and recommend the hotel to everyone.
