لا تتوقع أبداً أن تحصل على خدمة توازي ما دفعته من مالك الخاص، ولا تتوقع أبداً مستوى تعامل يرتقي إلى اسم الفندق وعدد نجومه، ولا تتوقع أبداً أي تعاطف مع العائلات والأطفال. قبل وصولي تواصلت معهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني وطلبت تسجيل دخول مبكر لأن رحلتي كانت تصل في الصباح الباكر، وتم إبلاغي بأن ذلك سيكون متاحاً. لكنني فوجئت عند الوصول بالانتظار لمدة ساعتين ونصف في اللوبي دون حتى تقديم ضيافة بسيطة أو زجاجة ماء. والأسوأ من ذلك كان تبريرهم، حيث أخبروني أن الشخص الذي تواصل معي عبر البريد الإلكتروني غير مخول بمنحي دخولاً مبكراً! إذا كان كذلك، فلماذا يُسمح له بالرد على العملاء وتقديم وعود لا يملك صلاحية تنفيذها؟ لكن هذه لم تكن المشكلة الوحيدة. قبل الوصول طلبت سريراً للرضيع أثناء الحجز، وعند تسجيل الدخول ذكّرت الموظفة بذلك، ثم أكدت الأمر مرة أخرى مع موظف آخر، بل وطلبت منهم التأكد من وجود السرير في الغرفة قبل وصولي إليها. وعندما دخلت الغرفة لم أجد أي سرير لطفلي. اتصلت بهم من الغرفة مرة، ثم مرتين، ثم ثلاث مرات، وانتظرت خمس ساعات كاملة دون أن يصل السرير. وفي النهاية اضطررت للذهاب بنفسي إلى اللوبي وطلبه مرة أخرى وأنا في غاية الاستياء. الفندق مناسب للعائلات من حيث المرافق والموقع، لكن مستوى الخدمة لا يعكس إطلاقاً المبالغ التي يتم دفعها. ما ستحصل عليه لا يوازي بأي شكل ما تدفعه مقابل الإقامة Never expect service that matches the amount of money you paid, never expect treatment that lives up to their name and star rating, and never expect any empathy toward families with children. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel by email and requested an early check-in since my flight was arriving early in the morning. They assured me that an early check-in would be arranged. To my surprise, I was left waiting in the lobby for two and a half hours without even being offered a welcome drink or a bottle of water. Their explanation was worse than the problem itself: they claimed that the person who communicated with me by email was not authorized to grant early check-in. If that is the case, why is that person responsible for responding to guests and making promises they cannot keep? Unfortunately, that was not the only issue. Before arrival, I specifically requested a baby crib during the booking process. At check-in, I reminded the receptionist, and then I confirmed it again with another staff member, twice, to make sure the crib would be in the room. When I finally entered the room, there was no crib. I called the front desk once, then twice, then three times. After waiting five hours with no crib delivered, I eventually had to walk back to the lobby myself and request it in person, clearly frustrated. The property itself is suitable for families, but the level of serv ice does not come close to justifying the amount of money charged. What you receive simply does not match what you pay.

Our time at the resort was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Andri at Guest relations. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was great to relax and chill. Enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. The local band playing music at the Gecko restaurant on Saturday evening was very good and it added to the Island vibe. Our vacation at the Savoy Hotel was wonderful! My husband and I stayed here in May, and we highly recommend this hotel! The hotel grounds are beautiful and lush. The beach is excellent, and there are always sun loungers available. The breakfasts and dinners are magnificent—there is always fresh fish and seafood. I would also like to give a special mention to the fabulous spa! Our room was very spacious, and the housekeeping service was excellent. I would like to extend a special thank you to a staff member named Andri; he is incredibly kind, polite, and cheerful! He was a tremendous help to us throughout our stay in the Seychelles. A truly wonderful hotel—I recommend it wholeheartedly!
