I cannot fault this hotel, was fabulous, location was great. Overall staff were helpful especially Iman, what a truly amazing person he is. Always ready to help Only issue which i have is with the staff in check in reception, not helpful at all. When I arrived I wanted to speak to the manager to see if I could possibly upgrade my room, he was standing in front of me, but I was totally ignored, was unable to get his name to put a formal complaint in. The other staff on check in, were also very arrogant & one in particular was to busy complimenting guests on how good there credit card looks. What a shambles. I would recommend the bar geko was very good & staff were great. I would like to please request Savoy to put the reception staff & manager on retraining on customer service as they are biggest downfall of the hotel.

This hotel is huge, so it was nice that it was not fully occupied in June. It has a huge pool with a nice, agreeable temperature. There were plenty of chairs and cabanas around the pool. I would give five stars to the pool area. The room was also nice and clean. We got a room with a large balcony with two pool lounge chairs, two couches, two chairs, and a table. Allegedly, the hotel is owned by a Russian company, which may explain why most of the other customers spoke Russian. We had a deal that included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was great. We tried the hotel dinner buffet once, and it was also good, but there are many other restaurants walking distance from the hotel. My only complaint about the restaurant was that there were many cats that came to us begging for food. It was very unpleasant because we have a cat allergy. The staff did not do anything about the cats. The hotel is on the public beach. The water was warm and the beach is gorgeous. However, it is a public beach with many locals playing soccer, swimming, and living their lives. Overall this is a busy area where you can walk to a grocery store, and you have to watch out for traffic. Later we went to a resort on a remote island in Seychelles where you really got away from it all. If you prefer to stay on the main island this hotel is a good option.

We stayed at this hotel with a small child. The hotel beach was the best on the island for comfortable swimming. Sandy entrance, clean water, no waves or wind and magnificent sunsets. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us with everything. Aliya helped us with transfers, car rental and organizing a celebratory breakfast on the beach in honor of the birthday. The food in the main restaurant is quite tasty. There are also two restaurants on the hotel grounds where you can have dinner instead of dinner in the main restaurant with a deposit of 75€ per person. Everything was very tasty. I hope we will return to this hotel again!

A nice cozy hotel with a good location can be recommended for a holiday for both couples and with children. We would like to express my gratitude to the customer service manager Aliya for her attentive approach to guests and her desire to always help, including in non-standard situations.
