A hyatt not up to their normal standards
The hotel is tried and not up to usual Hyatt standard Lack of concierge is a major drawback in a city which has much to offer Smell of drains in my room Poor quality coffee

Large, beautiful and clean hotel with a beautiful view of the river. However, they could take better care of their guests when the plumbing renovation is underway, as some rooms had an unbearable smell from the bathroom.

Even on a business trip you may appreciate a great hotel stay.
Although my trip was a short business tri, my stay was excellent and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was very polite and accommodative. I would recommend the hotel for tourists also as it is conveniently situated for strolls in the city center and for nice walks by the river.
