In fact, it was not supposed to be his job to bring my things in my room but he has assisted me to the best he can. A happy regular of Fairmont Gold in the last 2 years but writing this to share my experience bringing in guests in a separate room for the first time. The guests were also first timers to Fairmont coming to celebrate a family birthday. They enjoyed their stay even if just an overnight thanks in part to the Fairmont gold team. ​Our recent 2-day family staycation at the Fairmont Makati was nothing short of spectacular. We were celebrating two major milestones—my daughter’s graduation and my niece’s birthday—and the hotel team went entirely above and beyond to make it memorable. ​While the property itself is flawless—boasting exceptionally clean rooms and beautifully well-maintained facilities and amenities—it is truly their PEOPLE who are their greatest asset. You can feel the genuine, top-notch hospitality at every single touchpoint: from pre-arrival coordination, throughout the stay, at departure, and even post-departure. ​A huge commendation goes to the incredible leadership of Mayumi and Angelo, who clearly foster a culture of excellence. We spent our stay being pampered by the phenomenal Fairmont Gold Team, who looked after our family with the utmost care and attentiveness. Special thanks to Sheena, Patrick, Briel, Kate, Jaz, Shiela, Zarrah, Ella, Dane, Dexter, and Jules. Awesome place and had lunch at the lobby bar. Kath is awesome great mixologist and supper friendly. Great atmosphere. The hotel overall is top notch. They work hard on ensure you have a stress free stay.
