Celebrated my pre-birthday last weekend at Fairmont and I had a blast! Staff were hospitable and always greeted with a smile. I especially enjoyed the mango cheesecake from Cafe Macaron, the buffet breakfast, and the swimming pool. ‘Til next time, Fairmont!

We are an international business couple who appreciate the little things that make a difference. In this case its the service. When staff go the extra mile it is truly appreciated. Dana in the main lobby bar and coffee shop is that girl. Showing genuine personal interest is so rare these days. Our compliments too to the management for staff training.

Since moving out of Makati in April 2023, this has always been our home away from home when coming back to the city. The staff, always top notch: friendly, positive, remember your last visit and so respectful. F&B, again, lovely. Having visited three venues, all good. And now the rooms. Totally not worth $225++ per night. Upgraded due to being an Accor gold card member and this is the experience: 1. Slow check-in 2. Pillows flat as pancakes 3. Towels so dingy and old - should have taken a photo 4. Curtain - torn and so badly repaired - room 556 5. Lack of umbrellas - it’s rainy season, one umbrella is not enough (we returned ours to the concierge) Very disappointing trip back. Seriously asked friend maybe it’s time top drop Accor after more than 20 years and stay the Pen or Shang just next door. Get your groove back Fairmont!
