Fairmont Makati

Enjoyed our stay, from the momemt we checked in until we left. Big thanks to Accor concierge, Marvie, who made us feel truly welcome and pampered. She made sure we were well taken cared off! ❤️

Our stay at Fairmont Makati was a treat from start to finish. The room surprised us , high ceilings made it feel spacious and calm, and the bathroom amenities (those Le Labō products) added a little luxury that we didn’t expect. We went down to Café Macaron for dessert before bed. We had macarons (mango and ube flavours were highlights) paired with good coffee, just a relaxed, sweet nightcap.  In-room dining also came through: we ordered fish and pasta from room service, the seared fillet with seasonal vegetables and a creamy penne with salmon teriyaki sauce was yummy The next morning we walked across to the UCC café right beside the hotel for brunch. It was convenient, comfortable, and a nice change of pace from the hotel’s dining room. Location wise, you couldn’t ask for better. The hotel sits in the heart of Makati’s Ayala Centre retail and leisure zone. Across the street is Landmark, and right beside that are Greenbelt and Glorietta , full of shops, restaurants, open-garden walkways, and yes a movie theatre. You’re within easy walking distance of all of it. Service throughout the stay felt genuinely caring and efficient , no fuss, just good hospitality. If you’re in Makati and want somewhere that blends high-end comfort with convenience and a little local flavour thrown in, Fairmont Makati hits the mark.

This hotel was a wonderful suprise! Our family has been Shang loyalists for a long time, but my growing boys wanted to explore something new so I booked Fairmont for the long weekend. We had such a nice time! The room was bigger than the usual, food was great (we tried Spectrum, the Fairmont lounge and in-room dining), the pool was well designed and pretty big for a non-ground floor pool, the gym also had good equipment. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the hotel feels cozier and friendlier than Shang and other hotels in the city :) We will definitely come back!

Fairmont has never disappointed us in the many times we’ve visited their properties, and this time was no exception. The room was very clean, well kept, and the water pressure was great. Le Labo toiletries were very nice, and the rain shower was heavenly. Everyone in the staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. We want to cite Kenjie of Cafe Macaron in particular, for being very attentive and proactively rectifying a minor problem with an order swiftly and graciously. Thanks so much!!

I had a fantastic birthday staycation celebration last Oct 24-26 2025 As expected the facilities and amenities are top notch, My room is spick and span as well. But what catches my attention are the hospitality of the Hotel Team Members. Juvi Maguliano went above and beyond by welcoming me at the lounge during check-in and personally escorting me to my upgraded room, which I greatly appreciated. I was also impressed by the efficiency and leadership skills of Spectrum Manager Rochelle. I observed her as the Morning Shift Duty Manager, and she even waited for me and my family for my birthday dinner. She made it sure that I will be taken care of. The Spectrum staff on duty that evening were so attentive, particularly Yani and Kristoff, They deserve special recognition. Their dedication was evident, as they maintained their smiles and energy despite likely being tired. Spectrum morning shift Monic and the team Thank you. Furthermore, I would like to commend Sheena, Sheila, Patrick, Briel, Kate and Gelo of The Fairmont Gold Lounge Team. Their consistent performance never fails to impress. Ohhh and The classical acoustic performance at Spectrum was sophisticated and serene, elevating the dining experience to a truly refined occasion."  Again, Please accept my sincere thanks to the entire Fairmont team for making my birthday staycation so memorable. I look forward to returning soon.
