Manila’s Best
I’ve stayed at Fairmont Makati several times, and it has consistently been excellent in every aspect. What I love most, however, is the staff—they are exceptionally warm, kind, attentive, and truly great at what they do. The service is consistently thoughtful and genuine, which makes every stay feel special. Definitely one of the best hotels in Manila—if not the best.❤️

Makati very good ambiance and most of all very good team of Gold Club , Spectrum restaurant Concierge this is like our second home , Very good Indian food prepared by Chef Pedok has very good experience from Dubai also chef Carlo Marcelo cooks very good Indian food mr. Patric from the Gold Club , rooms very clean and tidy FNB Manager ms. Mahalia Reyes. Thanks to GM Mr. Bernd Schneider for having such a great team 🙏

Weekday Buffet Lunch @ Spectrum
We had our lunch buffet at Spectrum for my brother's grad celebration. The spread was okay, since its a weekday I understand there's not a lot of options. Loved their teppanyaki style ice cream and meat cuts section. Drinks are on regular price - on top of the buffet rate during weekdays. They also provide us a complimentary sliced cake for my brother's graduation. Before heading out we took some photos near the elevator and lobby. Kath from the front desk was very attentive and assisted us and took our photos, even the bellman on shift that day helped us too. Overall we had a nice experience in Fairmont Makati. Hopefully next time we can book a night's stay. 🙂

Excellent Hotel in a Great Makati Location
Excellent stay at Fairmont Makati. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around Makati. The breakfast buffet was awesome — huge selection and excellent quality. The gym is very nice and well equipped, and I also had a massage at the spa which was excellent. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a great hotel and a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again!
