Discovery Shores Boracay

We recently stayed at Discovery Boracay as a group of 5 adults, 5 kids, and 1 baby, and I can honestly say it was one of the most stress-free and memorable vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we booked our stay, Leo San Jose from the Sales team was already incredibly helpful. He made the whole process easy, answered all of our questions promptly, and ensured everything was well arranged before we even arrived. His assistance gave us peace of mind, and we’re truly grateful for how accommodating he was. From the moment we landed, everything was incredibly well organized. Considering we had to go through a plane, van, boat, and another van ride with all our luggage and little ones, we expected it to be exhausting—but Discovery made the entire transfer so smooth that we barely felt the hassle. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the check-in was done comfortably at the hotel room. Every detail made us feel like valued guests. One thing that truly amazed us was the housekeeping: mich, liz, mike, klyd, ton, and jen. Every single time we returned from swimming, our room was already spotless and perfectly arranged. I honestly don’t know how they managed to clean it so quickly—it felt like magic! What made our stay even more special were the thoughtful surprises for our children. Almost every day, they would leave little treats or gifts in our room. Our kids became so excited to come back after swimming just to see what surprise was waiting for them. My little ones even said, “The people at Discovery love us so much.” As parents, that melted our hearts. Another highlight was the Kids Club every afternoon at 4:00 PM. The staff organized fun games, crafts, and activities that kept our children entertained and excited every single day. They looked forward to it so much that we honestly never felt the need to leave the resort. There was always something enjoyable for both the kids and the adults, making Discovery Boracay feel like a complete holiday destination on its own. The service around the pool and beach was exceptional too. Every afternoon, the staff would go around offering complimentary Avene facial mist and serving delicious cocktail snacks. I’ve stayed at many resorts, but this level of thoughtful service is something I’ve rarely experienced. The lifeguards also deserve special recognition. They were incredibly attentive and even had toys available for the kids, making the beach and pool experience even more enjoyable and worry-free. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to even the smallest details made our family vacation truly unforgettable. Thanks for talkng good care of us 😊 The location is unbeatable—right on the powdery white sands of Station 1, where the beach is peaceful and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves and ending each day with a spectacular sunset was pure bliss. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The food was consistently delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Every corner of the resort reflects elegance while maintaining a warm, home-like atmosphere. Our stay at Discovery Boracay became even more special as we celebrated the birthdays of my husband, Reynold, and our daughter, Amariah Reyn. It gave us another beautiful core memory as a family, filled with moments we will always cherish. We stayed in Room 122, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was a relaxing place to rest after spending time by the beachfront and enjoying the beauty of Boracay. Our morning began with a delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of dishes for both adults and children. It was truly a busog-lusog experience. The beachfront view made breakfast even more enjoyable and gave us the chance to enjoy a slow, quiet morning by the sea. Another highlight of our stay was the 360 Roof Lounge, especially the pool and jacuzzi. The rooftop view was breathtaking and relaxing. Iah enjoyed every moment there so much that she did not even want to leave! What made the experience even better was the warmth and kindness of the staff. From the front office team, including the concierge and security personnel, to the TGR, F&B, and housekeeping teams, as well as every staff member we met throughout our stay, everyone was respectful, attentive, accommodating, and always greeted us with a warm smile. We truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome, the birthday cakes they prepared, and the personalized photo souvenirs they gave us. These lovely gestures made Reynold and Amariah Reyn’s birthday celebration truly memorable. Discovery Boracay is highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing beachfront stay, enjoyable amenities for both adults and children, and thoughtful service for special celebrations. It gave us the perfect balance of family time, relaxation, and memorable experiences. Thank you, Discovery Boracay, for giving our family such a wonderful experience. Staying at Discovery Shores was the best decision we made! It’s the perfect hotel, especially for families. Every staff member was incredibly warm and accommodating, and the service was truly 10/10. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Boracay!
