During our stay in the 1-Bedroom Signature Suite at Discovery Boracay, our Guest Experience Makers, Kainah Saniel and Harry, truly went above and beyond to make our family getaway unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they showered us with thoughtful anniversary surprises—from delicious cakes and treats to special kids’ amenities and snacks that brought so much joy to our daughter. Whether it was giving us an insightful guided tour, ensuring our dinner tables were always seamlessly reserved, or efficiently coordinating transport and resolving requests at a moment's notice, they handled everything with remarkable warmth and grace. No matter how last-minute our requests were, Harry and Kainah greeted us with bright, genuine smiles, turning every interaction into a highlight of our trip. Equally deserving of praise is the incredible housekeeping team (shoutout to Rea, Liz, Mike, Shan, and especially Mary), whose attention to detail and discreet efficiency blew us away. They set up our suite so beautifully and surprised us with a stunning, personalized anniversary message hand-drawn on the mirror that warmed our hearts. The suite was kept impeccably clean and refreshed throughout our entire stay—so seamlessly that we never even caught them entering or leaving. We stayed in the Signature 2-Bedroom Suite for a week, and honestly, we wish we had stayed longer. The suite was absolutely beautiful , incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It truly felt like the perfect definition of rest and relaxation. What made our stay even more special was the people. Every single person we encountered at the resort was so warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. There was such a beautiful sense of hospitality that made us feel completely at home. Our GEM, Lara, was honestly a standout. She was so switched on, incredibly responsive, warm and caring. She anticipated what we needed, was always just a message away and made our stay feel so effortless. We truly felt looked after. And it wasn’t just Lara, every single member of the team went above and beyond. From the housekeeping staff, drivers and security guards, to the entire team at Sands Boracay, especially everyone we encountered during breakfast, we felt nothing but warmth and genuine care throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here. It was the kind of holiday where you actually come home feeling rested, and that’s something we really appreciated. We’re already planning our next trip back. We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Discovery Boracay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful Boracay getaway. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, the surroundings were stunning, and we really enjoyed the beach, pool, and overall atmosphere of the resort. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the team—everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Dining at Indigo Coastal Cuisine was also one of the highlights of our stay. The food, ambiance, and excellent service made our dinner feel extra special.
