Discovery Shores Boracay

We had an amazing time at Discovery Boracay. The place was beautiful. The rooms are large and extremely clean. The service was impeccable. Thank you to Earl and Christina who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. These two were our favorite staff members. Always had a smile on their faces and always happy to help us out!

An amazing venue and experience. the venue is beautiful - right on a very quiet and beautiful part of the beach. The other standout was the customer service - the team went above and beyond to delight customers at every moment. can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone considering it! =)

Great hotel with amazing customer service! The rooms are modern and clean, and a good size. The staff is just fantastic! Get a room on the 2. or 3 rd floor- the view is nicer. The spa is fantastic! Pool is nice, a little chilly for me, and quite a few children. I highly recommend this hotel.

We love staying in Discovery every time we go to Boracay but this was the most memorable and heartwarming vacation. Everything was planned months before our holiday and everyone was excited to spend together as family in Boracay. On the day we were supposed to travel to the hotel, an uneventful incident happened that we didn’t have a choice but to cancel our trip. It was a stressful time for everyone. When the storm finally subsided my family decided to push through our long waited vacation. The customer service of the hotel surpassed all expectations .We were a repeat customer because we love the service here but this time the management really showed not just how to wow their clients but also showed empathy and consideration for unforeseen circumstances. Starting from Carlie Dalisay of Reservations Team who was very considerate, special thank you to her manager as well. To the staff of Sands Restaurant especially to our dear Neil and Loezel who sometimes would delay or just eat after their shift just to make sure their patrons are well fed and all needs are met. To the kitchen staff and chefs of Sands , the food tastes so fresh and out of this world delicious, we were so happy just eating in your restaurant for our 5 day stay. To the lifeguards Ralph and the team, who not just make sure we are always safe in the pool but goes out their way to help guests who are in need. The housekeeping team that are just amazing, that you don’t need to tell them what you need, they already anticipate the things to be done. So when you arrive to the hotel and the first thing they tell you is “Welcome home.. is true I feel like home. Everyone from the managers to the maintenance personnel are just outstanding to their respective jobs with a heart.
