Discovery Shores Boracay

We had a wonderful experience at Discovery Boracay! I commend the quality of service provided by the Guest Services Team (Lara, Pam & Kainah) and the whole Housekeeping team who were very diligent and cordial serving our requirements. Our youngest celebrated her 6th birthday last May 29th and the whole DB team addressed it exceptionally. From the arrival at Caticlan Airport, the transfer to the resort and vice versa, the whole team including the luggage porters, showed that level of service that I personally thought was already a bygone. Do keep up the personable and impressive standard of service. Your team was well -trained and it showed in practice! This family vacation is one for our books- to cherish and live with in our hearts! The best thing about Discovery Boracay is its people - warm, welcoming, attentive, consistent - from the reservations team to the airport transfers, front desk, pool and beach staff and lifeguard, housekeeping, restaurant, spa, shuttle service - from the time I booked until I checked out, the service was very consistent and really made this stay a great one for my family. Hard product - the hotel and its amenities are generally well maintained, surprisingly not showing its age. My minor issue is with the room itself where the sink is located outside the bathroom, not ideal if you need to go back and forth with the heavy door in the middle. The kids club leaves something to be desired. Dirty floors and toys, the monkey was wet, no one tidying up the place, this was one part of the hotel that didn't seem to be well maintained. During our stay, the hotel also advertised activities ("karaoke party at 4pm!") but 40 minutes later still nothing, much to the disappointment of the kids who made play dates and actually showed up. The biggest letdown is unfortunately the food. Flavors are bland, choices are limited, disappointing given the premium pricing.

Her warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. Discovery Boracay has earned its reputation as one of the premier resorts on the island. Between the stunning beachfront location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service, it is easy to see why so many guests return year after year. We highly recommend Discovery Boracay, and we would especially like to recognize Lara for making our stay so enjoyable. Our stay at Discovery Boracay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The beachfront location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities that made the stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the food — every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive.
