Anantara Veli Maldives Resort

It was a great experience! From the reservations before we travel we communicated with Recca and she made everything smooth. We booked through booking but it was 1000 dollars more expensive so she cancelled our booking and booked for us directly! When we arrived at the hotel, Ibrahim ouf took us with a buggy to our resort room and he made this whole trip very pleasant and easy for us! Whenever we needed him he was present through WhatsApp day and night and whenever we needed a ride or had questions he was there to answer. He was more than helpful and very assistive.

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Anantara Maldives Resort. The entire experience was truly memorable. The weather was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The views were breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery everywhere we looked. The service provided by the Faz was exceptional. She is warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The resort was well-maintained, peaceful, and offered the perfect escape for relaxation. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend Anantara Maldives Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable island getaway.

Anantara Veli is an amazing resort in the Maldives and we loved everything about it. The villa, the staff, the food, amazing restaurants, great facilities were all absolutely fantastic. Our villa host Faz was amazing and did everything she possibly could for us. All of the staff from the Management team to the restaurant staff, villa staff, boat drivers, life guards, everyone were so friendly and welcoming. Our villa attendant Seqab was wonderful and even prepared a surprise bubble bath in our villa with a hibiscus flower heart. All of the little extra touches and attention to detail were great. There were so many options to cater for everyone. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone wanting an amazing, relaxing holiday in paradise.

Sometimes you wonder if a resort can actually live up to the good reviews. In the case of Anantara Veli reality exceeds reviews and expectations. I think it is in no small part down to the staff. Here they are empowered to over deliver! The resort - absolutely stunning. Immaculately maintained. There was always space and it never felt crowded. Everything is thoughtfully designed and it even smells gorgeous! Overwater villa - amazing. Large, comfortable and beautifully presented. We loved the toilet and shower with a view. Best bathroom ever. Villa host - who knew we needed one? Ali was the best. Always anticipating. Always available. Ali checked in with us regularly and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Ali. Food - outstanding. Every outlet was fabulous. Dhoni for lunch is a must. Delicious and healthy. Shafi and Mico run a tight ship. Kiki, Kareem, Suraj (sorry if that is not spelt correctly) and Kamal were all amazing. Friendly, welcoming, speedy and professional. Baan Haraa is outstanding, from the views to the food. and exceptional service. Cumin - best breakfast ever. And we highly recommend the lamb chops!!! All inclusive - maybe not for everyone but we really appreciated knowing that we could have a drink without worrying about the cost. Some outlets only include a $60 allowance per person, but you can still enjoy these outlets without breaking the bank. The quality of the included wine was excellent. Michelin star guest chef - for us definitely worth the extra expense. A fabulous evening. Thank you to the training manager Joy for your company. Trips - the sea was a little rough, so we just did one trip. The fish tank - swimming with sting rays and then over a reef. Great afternoon out. There are too many exceptional staff to mention everyone. But please know you are all appreciated. Would we book again - we already have!!!
