Anantara Veli Maldives Resort

The experience was great from the minute we were received at the airport to the point we were dropped off back. I would highly recommend Anantara. Facilities were well-maintained, resort upkeep was to a high standard and the staff made the trip a pleasure - everyone we interacted with was super helpful.

The service was excellent! Our host, Faz, was fantastic and replied very quickly. All the staff members were warm and welcoming. The room was clean with beautiful views. The food was delicious and the portions were generous—I especially loved the Baanhuraa's Thai food!

Just returned from a week stay in Anantara Veli - we had the most incredible time, and would not hesitate to return again. Special shoutouts to: - Kartoon our Butler who was always very responsive, helpful and informative - The Team at Tropic Surf (Mika, Courtney and Tide) - a passionate and experienced team, who went above and beyond during their sessions with us, and catered to a wide range of skill levels well. - All hospitality staff were incredible specifically our experiences with Shafi (at Dhoni Bar), Shan (at Fushi Cafe) and Azzam (at Cumin)

Our stay at Veli was peaceful, beautiful, and very relaxing. What made it truly special was the service and friendly staff. David the resort manager was there to welcome us back as this was our 3rd visit. The Anantara Veli staff are amazing and treat their guests with the utmost respect and always with a smile. Special mention to the Cumin restaurant, and the entire breakfast team you made us feel so special each member knew us by name. We left with such happy memories and big thanks to David and the whole Veli team. We are planning to return in 2027.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their kindness and attention to detail really made a difference and made me feel well taken care of.
