It's hard to put into words just how special Huvafen Fushi is. From the moment you step off the boat, you feel completely at home. The atmosphere of the island envelops you instantly, and it becomes immediately clear why guests return time and time again. We stayed in both a Deluxe Beach Bungalow with Pool and an Ocean Bungalow with Pool, and both were faultless. They offered complete privacy and felt wonderfully indulgent. It was often hard to tear ourselves away, but Huvafen Fushi has so much to offer that you naturally want to explore and experience every corner of the island. The food is exceptional, and the team are there for your every need, making you feel genuinely welcome throughout your stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and every request is met with warmth and efficiency. The variety across the dining venues means there's always something new to discover, with each meal encouraging you to try something different. For such a small island, Huvafen somehow manages to feel both intimate and expansive. You'll see other guests when you want to, yet it's equally easy to feel as though you have the island entirely to yourself. There's a wonderful balance between the social energy of the island's communal spaces and the complete peace and privacy of your villa. It's a place that leaves a lasting impression, and somewhere I'm already longing to return to again and again.

Huvafen fushi is the pinnacle of private island paradise. A perfectly groomed oasis surrounded by the most beautiful aqua clear water that slowly fades into the deep blue ocean. We stayed in the lagoon bungalow and it was an experience like no other. The room was clean and beautifully setup. It is spacious with an amazing bathroom. Housecleaning came twice a day which kept our room fresh and clean throughout the day. The pool and deck area is truly perfect and completely private. The house reef is beyond description and the main pool and the many beach areas around the island are stunning. From the main pool area bar to Raw bar we had the most beautifully enchanting nighttime chills which really rounded out our stay. The guest service on the island was like nothing I have ever experienced in my life. Our Thakuru Aleem is so kind and caring, and Aleem was so helpful with everything we wanted and beyond. Our stay would not have been the same without Aleem and his impeccable service and utmost kindness. We visited Huvafen fushi for our honeymoon and Aleem truly made us feel like a king and queen, we are so grateful for his presence and care throughout our stay. Every staff member on the island was so friendly and nice, always with a warm greeting and well wishes. Whether it was housekeeping, bar service, poolside service and beyond every single staff member treated us like royalty and was so kind. Our honeymoon on Huvafen fushi private island was better than anything we ever could’ve imagined, there is honestly not one part of our stay that was anything less then amazing, and we cannot wait to hopefully visit again in the future!!

My stay at Huvafen Fushi in the Maldives was nothing short of exceptional. The island is absolutely stunning—a true postcard paradise. We spent a flawless holiday at Huvafen Fushi this May, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The resort operates on a beautiful premise: it feels intimate and exclusive, yet it lacks absolutely nothing you could possibly desire for a perfect Maldivian getaway. > The Villa: Impeccable and Spacious We stayed in one of the Lagoon Bungalows (generously sized at around 130 m²). The room has been beautifully refurbished, offering an immaculate, contemporary, and incredibly comfortable space right above the crystal-clear water. > A Rare Culinary Triumph in the Maldives As dedicated foodies who have dined at over 300 Michelin-starred establishments globally, we are usually skeptical of Maldivian resort dining. Too often, the cooking fails to justify the bloated prices, and the wine lists are a disorganized mess. Huvafen is a spectacular exception. > We dined at SALT, Celsius, and enjoyed a private, romantic dinner on the beach. Every meal was executed to an exceptionally high standard. Crucially, the wine list is thoughtfully curated, making it easy to find an excellent bottle to complement our food. We consider Huvafen's culinary program to be among the absolute best in the Maldives. If you value gastronomy, this resort will not disappoint. > Unparalleled Marine Life & Spa The House Reef: Located just 10 meters off the coast, the reef is incredibly accessible for snorkeling and swimming. It is teeming with vibrant marine life; we regularly encountered four-foot blacktip reef sharks and the resident sea turtles. The Underwater Spa: A absolute must-visit. The view into the ocean is like gazing into an eight-foot natural fish tank. The treatments themselves were world-class—we booked twice during our stay and emerged completely refreshed in both body and mind. > World-Class Service What truly elevates Huvafen is its people. The staff possess a genuine passion for hospitality that goes far beyond standard luxury service. Juma, our marvelous butler, managed our entire stay with effortless precision, making the experience as smooth as silk. AK, the restaurant manager, was a delight, generously sharing his passion for local Maldivian cooking and culture. Wan, the marine biologist, was incredibly attentive, ensuring our safety and comfort during an unforgettable night snorkeling excursion. Huvafen Fushi is not just a resort; it is THE place to be in the Maldives. We cannot recommend it highly transitions.
