Juma, my Thakuru, was an absolute pleasure to have around - he anticipated my needs, took care of everything and always carried such a positive and thoughtful attitude. Asadh from Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining my room, but what truly stood out was his genuine warmth and eagerness to connect with guests. His friendliness and accommodating nature made me feel very welcome. Dyan from the spa helped me unwind after a long journey with top-notch, personalized treatment. She has an incredible ability to put you at ease, and her professionalism and skill made the experience exceptional. Mohana and Widi from the F&B team also deserve a special shout-out. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile - whether it was a quick request or simply making sure I felt well taken care of during meals. Thanks to this incredible team, my stay was not only comfortable but also truly special 🫶🏻

My first trip to Maldives and HF didn’t disappoint. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing resort. The staff was friendly and always there to make my stay unforgettable. Beautiful house reef! Thanks to the most attentive butlers Nihan and Juma, lovely Sonam and Saeli from the spa, Chantal, Suaid, Green, Alim and many more from F&B team, Steve from aquatic center and all other staff members that I might have missed!

Loved this hotel, excellent service! Made you feel right at home, did everything they can to make your vacation easier. Beaches are amazing, pool with a nice view.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing, thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail. We were lucky to have a private butler, Nihan, who went above and beyond to make our time there truly stress-free and enjoyable. The entire staff was exceptional—everyone was incredibly kind, always greeted us with a smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Every meal was a real treat. On top of that, we were given a complimentary upgrade to an ocean bungalow upon arrival. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views—it really made our stay even more special. The overall experience was just fantastic, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with a wonderful ambiance that enhances the entire stay. It’s clear that the hotel goes out of its way to ensure each guest’s comfort and satisfaction. We highly recommend this hotel!
