MANGO has been amazing housekeeper for all three of our villas for our family , with super fast and clean service and amazing towel art.

The service in general was great.Everybody was so polite friendly and pleasant to talk to.I want also to emphasize at the cleaning service which was also amazing.I had personal experience with Mr Mango who was so friendly that made me feel welcome the memont I stepped in to my room.Words can’t really describe the feeling to be honest

The Ritz Carlton at Maldives made it an unbelievable and unforgettable experience for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Exceptional property, top notch staff and service. Special shout to Chef Titu, Chef Faisal and our Aris Meeha Malika. Thanks also to the General Manager Oscar and the Executive Chef Pedro. Thanks to Mini for sharing with us two very cute turtle souveniers. No matter where one goes in the world, its always the people that matter and the Ritz proved it every minute of every day of our stay!

We had just finished a 6-night stay at this amazing property. We came in with high expectations and we were blown away by the attention and care we received. Since we had planned daily activities for our kindergartener, we were accommodated at an ocean villa closest to the kids club. A big thank you to Katya and Tia at Ritz Kids for the attentive care and for facilitating the great programs. The on-site marine biologist, Daia, was amazing with her coral regeneration programs and marine life plankton studies, which we all enjoyed as a family. The onsite tennis coach, Jacek, is an excellent instructor with good strategies with introducing tennis to our kindergartener. At the breakfast restaurant, we had the pleasure of interacting with Mo, Naufal, Naby, Mini, Jessica, and Naseem, all of whom were very warm and friendly. Everything we had were delicious. Pastry chef here creates some amazing treats. We also had a great meal at the Arabesque. Thank you, Fahulaan and Ali, for the most wonderful experience. On the dolphin cruise and the shark snorkeling sessions, Zette was able to lead the group in seeing the dolphins and the marine life up close. Thank you, Zette! Lastly, a big shout out to our Aris Meeha, Affan, who had been the most amazing, courteous, and professional caretaker during our time at the property. Every request was met with "most certainly". The kindergartener traveling with us also formed a close bond with Affan. To round off the dreamy stay with a splash, we were sent off directly to our next resort in the VIP yacht, instead of the shared speedboat. Based on the interactions with the managers, Salah and Saeid, one can tell that there is a great deal of pride and genuine interest in making sure that the guests feel pampered. There is personalized services with pleasant surprises at every corner and at every engagement with all members of the staff. Above and beyond expectations is the main theme communicated to guests at this property. This property is no doubt a crown jewel within the Ritz-Carlton portfolio. We will most certainly be returning.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives in June 2025, staying for six unforgettable days — and it was nothing short of magical. From the stunning views and world-class service to the delicious food, everything was absolutely perfect. A special thank you to our Aris Meeha, Eddie, who truly made our stay extra special. He was always there when we needed him — picking us up in the buggy before and after meals or excursions — and we genuinely looked forward to every moment we got to chat with him. Thanks to Eddie, our stay was not only comfortable but also truly heartwarming. Every meal we had was amazing, with beautiful scenery and impeccable service to match. We felt like we were living in a dream. We both agreed that this island is paradise on Earth, and we’re already thinking about coming back — maybe for our anniversary or even someday with our future family. Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
