Cap Vermell Grand Hotel

Quiet, absolutely beautiful, incredibly friendly and capable staff. The rooms are beautiful with a huge level of details and the whole resort has so much to offer. And if this shouldn't be enough: the location is perfect - several nice towns and beautiful small beaches (and a larger one) all in 5 to 20 minutes distance. BTW: the breakfast is among the very best we've ever had in a hotel!

I recently stayed at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel for a business trip, and overall, it is a beautiful property with fantastic ambiance and facilities. However, my experience with the catering for dietary requirements was disappointing. At our seated group dinner, my place setting had a traditional meat menu card. When I inquired, the staff confirmed they knew I required a vegan menu—which raises the question of why I wasn't provided one. Vegan guests should be able to see what they are being served, just like everyone else. Additionally, across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there was a noticeable lack of vegan protein options. While the visual presentation and overall hospitality were great, the hotel needs to elevate its plant-based culinary offerings and attention to dietary detail to match its 5-star standard.

Location, i would say is suitable if you have your own transportation since at the Hotel you cannot find Public Transport and Taxi is quite expensive. Atmosphere is very pleasant, views are nice. Rooms are very good, clean tidy and spacious. Toilet is excellent. Balkony and everything is perfect. Check-in and Check-out is super nice and smooth. Golf carts are good to transport within the hotel. It would be nice if hotel also provide services to take guests nearby beach, as well as cheap transportation to city center.

If you want a fist-class hide-away, remote in the mountains, this is the place to go! Very large compound, very quite and relaxed, excellent set-up, super room, good breakfast, very helpful staff, only the pool does not lead to real swimming

If looking for a place to relax and unwind, away from the bustle of Palma, this is it. Nestled between mountains and a few minutes away from picturesque little towns and postal-worthy calas, Cap Vermell Grand Hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are large, modern, and with million dollar views to die for. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and inviting. Each of their restaurants offered a different vibe, but the experience was consistent -the food was to die for; it's clear their chefs know their craft. The stars of the show however are their staff, who provide an exceptional service throughout. From the receptionist (Lillian) to the bellboys, the waiters/waitresses all treated us like family. We LOVED our stay here and we'll surely come back!
