We stayed here in 2024 for 4 days and had an enjoyable stay so we decided to return this year for a 10 day stay. I will not go into length of our experience, we were experienced a number of issues ranging from the welcome, check in, lack of information and finally our departure date was incorrect. All of these issues took our experience from last year to we will never return to this place again. Our stay cost us in excess of 23,000 Euros, we expected better. The manager was consulted by an employee regarding our check in, the issue finally got resolved but it should never had happened as I had communicated all of our details in advance. The manager made no effort to meet us in person during our stay. No service recovery for their errors.

Absolute heaven on earth, we were made to feel truly welcome from the minute we stepped in. The building and decor is breathtaking and the attention to detail was second to none. We felt like we had the place to ourselves because of the so many secluded spots and special seating areas created. Our room was perfect, the gorgeous bath with a view, outdoor shower and dip pool real highlights. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice for vegetarians and vegan all clearly labelled. Dinner was lovely and staff very knowledgable and friendly. The yoga was fabulous, and we even got to meet the donkeys and chickens which are beautifully looked after. My only negative was we didn’t have enough time there to sit in all the beautiful areas Thank you for a truly special place- we will be back

Beautiful hotel, very quiet and relaxing. Staff were great and the food delicious. One small challenge with enough water in the room which was sorted in the end. Thank you to the staff who helped resolve. Overall definitely worth a visit. Nice walking trails, yoga and meditation.

I knew we were in for a treat the moment we entered through the gate. The entire hotel is a special moment. It doesn't matter if you are at the front entrance, driving up the grounds, standing at the top of the stairs to the spa, or sitting on the patio for dinner - the architectural detail combined with the natural element construction creates a thought-provoking moment. The view from every place I stood could have been the cover of Architectural Digest. And then you get to your room. Our casita, 29 I believe, had everything you would need to live a comfortable life for the rest of your days. Want to soak in the tub? Want to shower inside, but with unobstructed sky above? Want close comfort with your partner, but also separate sinks, closets and storage space? Its there for you. Want it all with powerful minimalism so your mind and thoughts can fill the empty space? Also there for you. What if you want to step outside or you room onto a natural hardscape surrounded by native plants to have a glass of wine while enjoying the view? Its there! And that's just your room. Want yoga or mediation in the morning? Complimentary. Want a fresh, organic breakfast curated from local farmers and artisans? Complimentary. I've truly never experienced a more rejuvenating place to stay. As the name suggests, you'll fall in love with this little corner of Arta. Thank you for making this a beautiful stay for our honeymoon. We are forever grateful for this experience and look forward to coming back again soon.

The hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. Sadly, as I can see from other reviews, the restaurant menu and the quality of good in the evenings let it down. That said the breakfast was outstanding and couldn’t be better. The menu in the evenings was limited and sadly uninspiring. Sadly when the food arrived, which took a long time, the quality and flavour was not what we expected. If the restaurant offering was improved ( as the setting and ambience was stunning) we would definitely return but otherwise wouldn’t. We are more than happy to pay for excellent food but I’m afraid it did not deliver Another small suggestion would be to review the toiletries in the room - the body lotion smelt terrible and the shampoo wouldn’t lather Arrival - like other guests have commented we arrived to a dusty deserted carpark but no idea how to get to the main hotel with our luggage. We flagged down a member of staff who pointed out an intercom but then we’re stood for circa 10 minutes waiting for a van to cone and collect us - for a luxury hotel there should be a much better experience on arrival Finally we have never had a request for feedback from the hotel either on checkout or after returning home. I think they could gain valuable insight if the proactively requested feedback so they have the chance to act on this All that said, the hotel, the decor, the ambience was stunning - so much potential if the common areas of feedback are addressed p
