The most emblematic hotel on the island since the 1950s enjoys a privileged location next to the sea, a unique environment with a special combination of stately architecture inspired by the sober styles of the 16th and 17th centuries which are represented in the palace building. On the other hand, the Natura Building embodies avant-garde Majorcan architecture, based on natural colours and fine construction materials.

Beautiful old Hotel, great seating on the terraces to enjoy the views. Staff very friendly. Room with a sea view was comfortable.Great bed. Nice coffee machine. Lacked amenities in the bathroom for this standard of hotel.lovely bath no bath gel. Food excellent. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. Dinner was nicely presented but quite limiting. Although we saw some diners having snack type menu, we weren’t offered this choice. Otherwise food was excellent. Parking limited and did incur a charge!

If you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing spa experience, this isn’t it. The marketing is misleading and doesn’t reflect the reality. Rooms are located on a very busy loud main road (buses, motorcycles and sirens through the night), the spa is mediocre and poorly maintained and there is no direct access to the water from the hotel. Nowhere near the five-star experience we expected, especially when it comes to hospitality and customer service which were unprofessional. Parking is €18/ day and car keys must remain with reception for no valid reason (there is no valet services). If you’re looking for an overpriced and loud base to explore Palma, it may be fine. But as a luxury spa hotel, it does not live up to its claims.

I was recently upgraded to Gold Elite membership and stayed at another Bonvoy member hotel in Mallorca. That weekend also happened to be my birthday, which I was celebrating during my stay. Unfortunately, I did not experience any noticeable benefits associated with my Gold Elite status, nor was there any acknowledgment of my birthday. While I understand that amenities such as a cake are not guaranteed, it is the gesture itself that matters. In my experience, even small acknowledgments at other properties have made stays feel more personal and memorable. Additionally, during check-in I was offered a paid “upgrade” to a sea-view room; however, the room was actually smaller than the one I had originally booked, so I declined the offer. It seemed extremely shady and scam-y to say the least. This experience left me wondering about the tangible value of Gold Elite status, particularly when there was no recognition of either the status or a significant occasion like a birthday—not even a simple greeting. The building where spa is away from the main building, though walkable. Not the most diverse menu either. I wouldn't be staying here again. The room was tidied way late in the day. Room Service has additional fees (in their defence it wasn't a hidden charge)

Beautiful property, great location for relaxing, great staff! We stayed in the annex building in the natura rooms. King bedroom with private pool was very nice. Property is within walking distance to many restaurants and port Calanova. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.
