Jumeirah Mallorca

I had zero expectations about the property and wholly trusted the Jumeirah name after 2 stays at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The entire property is magnificent and the service levels were identical yo being at the Burj. Identical. As wonderful as the property is the GM and Staff are even better. You simply cannot do better. Special callouts to GM Christina, Kiara, Alessandra, Alejandro, Ivan and especially Jules on the front end Gori. Nuno, Marcia, Anna and Guillermo made every meal including Room Service one you wished would never end. And Hector and Sebastian at the Pool made me never want to see a Beach, (and Mallorca has beautiful beahes!) World Class in every measure. Call it Burj Al Arab West!

Fantastic location and service. The rooms with sea view are the best view we have experienced. Shuttle bus to Port de Sollèr was also very easy. All in all absolutely beautiful. Two pool areas, one for adults only with infinity pool. If you want to treat yourself to an experience and want to pay a little extra to stay great, this is the hotel to stay at.

We’re at the Jumeirah now. It’s NOT a five star hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to stay at a lot of amazing hotels, and this property, while set in a beautiful location on a cliff, is not itself beautiful or well-maintained. I’m truly disappointed and very much feel like we’re wasting our money. Wanted to leave as soon as we walked into the lobby with the weird statue. It’s just not worth what we’re paying. Vegetation everywhere is dead. Photos on the website show room details like an area rug and plants on the balcony that do not exist. Decor is outdated. Save yourself and choose another place.

Fantastic views of the Mediterranean and a pool for families or adults only. Our son asked everyday to go to the on site daycare. Shuttles run to and from the port on the hour during the day which makes getting around much easier. The rooms were very nice. We had the sea view room which featured a window wall n the shower looking over the sea along with a soaking tub.

An absolutely beautiful hotel located high up overlooking the stunning Port Sóller. As you would expect from any Jumeirah hotel, the service is outstanding. We stayed in a Deluxe Tramuntana Mountain View room which was really lovely. I wasn’t sure about not having a sea view, but the mountains are quite spectacular so we weren’t disappointed at all. Breakfast each morning was in the most stunning setting with views of the sea and Port Sóller. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Port Sóller on the hour, every hour until 10pm which we took advantage of every day. Such a great and welcome addition. There are three restaurants and we ate at Cap Roig, which is where breakfast is served. The food was very good but quite expensive. We visited the Sunset Lounge every evening before we ventured down to Port Sóller for food. The views from here are incredible. We have to say a huge thank you to Julian who made us feel so welcome. It was a real pleasure to talk to him each evening. Also, Anna who served us breakfast each day who was always so happy and attentive. Suffice it to say, we will definitely be back next year. I think a Jumeirah hotel always offers that extra bit of luxury that most hotels can’t compete with.
