Amazing location with the kindest staff. Pools - both a family pool and adults only pool - are gorgeous with amazing views and attentive service. Breakfast is such a great way to start the day, fresh food and amazing views over the Mediterranean. They take care of you at every step. Wonderful time. Our second trip there and will go again.

Our stay at Jumeirah Mallorca was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The hotel itself is breathtaking, perched above Port de Sóller with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Tramuntana mountains. One of the absolute highlights was the Sunset Lounge. The views at sunset are simply magical, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The food, cocktails, ambiance, and service were all outstanding. It’s easy to see why it is one of the most iconic spots in Mallorca. What truly made our stay special, however, was the incredible Guest Relations team. A special thank you to Iulia and Liz, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly valued as guests. They are a true credit to the hotel and embody what luxury hospitality should be. Every member of staff we encountered was attentive, friendly, and eager to help, making our experience seamless from beginning to end. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. five star at its finest - you are going to pay for it but it is worth every penny/euro for a once in a lifetime experience - location, food, service - just let yourself get spoiled

We arrived here and by 3.40 our room was not ready Finally they bought our luggage after we had to find our own way to the room which entails 3 lifts and lots of corridors The guy didn’t explain the room so we didn’t even know how to close the curtains They never replaced any products when they cleaned the room in the morning The staff were friendly but the hotel wasn’t managed well Also very expensive for what you received

I had zero expectations about the property and wholly trusted the Jumeirah name after 2 stays at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The entire property is magnificent and the service levels were identical yo being at the Burj. Identical. As wonderful as the property is the GM and Staff are even better. You simply cannot do better. Special callouts to GM Christina, Kiara, Alessandra, Alejandro, Ivan and especially Jules on the front end Gori. Nuno, Marcia, Anna and Guillermo made every meal including Room Service one you wished would never end. And Hector and Sebastian at the Pool made me never want to see a Beach, (and Mallorca has beautiful beahes!) World Class in every measure. Call it Burj Al Arab West!
