This has been one of the best Summer breaks I have had. Superb hotel with incredible views over the sea and the Tramuntana mountains. Of particular note:-1. Amazing staff, 2. Infinity pool and 3. The Sunset Bar-great Japanese/Peruvian food, drinks and views. Looking forward to another trip to this hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic service. We loved the attention to detail and it was very kid friendly. Overall we had a lovely time. I suggest getting the ocean view room as the views are spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay but a couple of issues really should have been better. No information in the room about the hotel or the resort. We were asked to use an App which transferred to a WhatsApp chat - although most helpful, we would have much preferred maps and written information about restaurants bars and other places to visit. We stumbled across live music in the hotel one evening which was delightful but it was by chance. The hotel is stunning but it is a fair 20 min drive downhill to get to Sóller - we hit a heatwave so absolutely not an option to walk. Taxis are a little hit & miss, so staff try their best to help, by offering a service on the hour of a pick up, which did help. We enjoyed our visit but location was a little too far out, unless you hire a car.

Stefan, May in Kids club, pool staff (Bernie & Mariano) & ALL the staff are excellent..the views are unreal from the hotel..location is next to none. The staff & location make the hotel. They could do with an extra family outdoor pool but they probably lack space. Room with sea view a must..rent a car as transfers are expensive & taxi's unreliable
