Jumeirah Port Soller - What a Hotel!!!
From the moment our Airport Transfer pulled up outside the Hotel, the levels of service level from each and every staff member, during our 1 week stay, were exemplary and by a distance, the best I have ever experienced, anywhere in the world. This Hotel is set in a spectacular setting with 360 degree views of the sea and mountains, with fabulous feature restaurants overlooking both. The staff made my wife and I feel so special and was a perfect place for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. From housekeeping staff, pool staff, restaurant staff, concierge & reception staff, we could not fault the levels of service we received. Drinks I thought were slightly overpriced but that is the only slight negative that I can think of and wouldn't stop me from visiting again. I would recommend this Hotel and would definitely return in the future.

Wonderful experience in soller
The room was very nice and the view of mediterranean sea was wonderful. All the staffs were very kind and warm. E buttler service was also comfortable and the response was very prompt. I recommend this hotel to honeymoon couples or family trip.

Theft
Beware of theft in the rooms; my prescription pills were all taken. The pills were taken between 9 am and 1pm, from the bathroom. It's obviously the cleaning staff, as my toiletries were all laid out nicely on the bathroom counter, unlike the prior nights. BUT - all my pills gone. The staff were polite but skeptical. Did not feel I was taken seriously.

Beautiful
We have just had 3 days at Jumeirah Port Soller. Initially we weren’t happy with our allotted room but the manager was able to give us a lovely alternative. We had a deluxe Mountain View room. The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The infinity pool is truly beautiful. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We ate at Cap roig for one dinner- beautiful tasting menu, very large portions and great service. For our final night we ate at the sunset lounge. The hostess was so helpful and really made our dinner experience fabulous. The views were stunning. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend
