From its bird’s-eye vantage point atop the rugged coastal cliffs of northern Mallorca, Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa enjoys stunning views of the sea and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Tramuntana Mountains. The Soller Valley is known for its lemon, orange and olive orchards, and these ingredients are woven into the hotel’s personality, from organic spa treatments to guestroom furniture made from indigenous wood. Jumeirah’s environmentally harmonious structure won Architecture of the Year accolades at the European Design Awards, and it topped the Sunday Times’ Hot List when it debuted in 2013.

The hotel and setting is still stunningly beautiful and the brilliant staff that return every year really make the experience, but the price has trebled and the upkeep has not. The hotel is a little dated and tired now, with things breaking here and there, which doesn’t bother us as it is the setting that makes it so special, but it feels wrong to be charged three times as much whilst not addressing that. We would like to highlight the staff that really make the experience; Leo - truly personalised service and exceptional attention to detail, fantastic with people, a real gentleman! Victor - the epitome of service with a smile, always a pleasure to see! Nicky - really thoughtful and attentive Fran - great service, as always Zoe - we missed you in the infinity pool, it wasn’t the same Davide - very friendly and helpful Sabrina - fantastic masseuse! Hector - thank you, again, for all the coffee!

This is just a fabulous hotel ! Sheer luxury and the staff were just outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left ! It is Sheer Luxury ! The location of the hotel is very private and a bit of a journey from the Port but the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the town !

Our stay at Jumeriah Mallorca was absolutely amazing. Alejandro and the rest of the concierge staff were able to assist us in every aspect, from booking restaurant reservations to organizing a boat charter and picnic. The restaurants on the hotel grounds are fantastic, and the views are stunning. We will most definitely be returning!

We spent a long weekend at Jumeirah Mallorca. We are familiar with the Jumeirah group from Dubai and know the brand can deliver. And they did! We have a great weekend where we truly felt pampered and special throughout. All staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the fact that the infinity pool was ‘child-free’ area. Spa treatments and spa amenities and area was just amazing. We loved it. Some small hick-ups only - one being the room had some buttons where seemingly we always pressed by mistake the ‘do-not-disturb’ which meant hour room was not made up on two occasions much to our frustrations. But as soon as we called front desk a swift team rocked up and cleaned the room to perfection. We asked for extra coffee and water and no issues. We didn’t eat in the restaurants but went to the port - hotel arranged shuttles and was really accommodating also helping us when we missed the shuttle or if the taxi didn’t arrive :) thank you!

Clearly the best location in area with WORLD CLASS staff. Rooms are large, clean and have amazing view of ocean (we stayed in 302). With every staff interaction we were impressed especially the restaurant and concierge. GYM is magnificent and includes all equipment required for excellent workout (one treadmill broken). Breakfast options both buffet and a la carte over deliver. But the staff at breakfast are clearly best representation of hotel quality. Infinity pool is very nice and comfortable, but they are still working out the QR code technology. The sunset bar is very cool with amazing views. Staff is super attentive and kind. BUT, the legion of "instagram" zombies take over to some degree and disrupt an otherwize great experience. Be ready for a proportionate number of children which can impact breakfast taste and tone, but there is a kid's pool which families seem to honor. We leveraged concierge to secure amazing DIVA (think RIVA) boat cruise, and they delivered. Direct billed and perfectly executed. Only disappointment was Carla at front desk check-in. Although professional, she clearly was focused on upgrading (supposed 90% capacity) us to more expensive room and her tip. We asked for a 16-year wedding anniversary reservation at sunset bar, and she agreed to book but never did. So, when we arrived, they told us we only had a drink reservation which comes with a super tight deadline (45 min only). To be clear, she was respectful, but at this price point, expectations are high. Fortunately, the young lady at restaurant check-in accommodated a longer dinner reservation. Lots of kids Poor pool service Transfers wrong
