Spring at Jumeirah Mallorca
The only luxury resort in Port de Soller, Mallorca. Beautiful view complimented by the best personalized services. Amazing breakfast and also the Sunset Lounge is not to be missed. Thank you Bashar at Reception, Pia at Sunset Lounge, the entire breakfast crew at Caproig, all Guest Services team, and of course Housekeeping.

5 Star Luxury with Love
This is an exceptionally beautiful and meticulously maintained luxury property, however the magic of Jumeirah are the wonderfully warm people truly exceptional in every way. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel like family. Genuine, thoughtful, authentically friendly; I simply cannot overstate how wonderful every person we encountered at Jumeirah is. Every detail flawlessly executed without the pretentious encountered at other luxury resorts we have stayed in. Bravo to the entire team as they clearly know how to create high level experiences through impeccable customer service. A real masterclass in how to build customer loyalty. A super location.
A stunning location and a great hotel with lots of amenities. We did have an issue with hot water and after a bit of a moan we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Breakfasts excellent. Sunset Lounge is very special as you will see from photos and also the sushi/sashimi here is excellent. Thank you Nike for sorting everything out

fantistic few day break
Superb view from room, thank you very much for the upgrade to junior suite. Brilliant shower, amenities were first class. Breakfast was scrumptious, the fresh friuts and the latte for me scored top points. Spa was so relaxing Staff (every single one) were so so pleasant, helpful and attentive

Exquisite Oasis
What an exquisite oasis in the middle of a beautiful island. The staff, amenities and experience was one I will cherish for a long time. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a red carpet treatment in a 5 star accommodation and setting. I could name every staff member who assisted and contributed but the review would extend to multiple pages. What a great place and what a great team of professionals they've assembled to make the experience a magical one!
