Kimpton Aysla Mallorca

Kimpton has a great ambiance and fresh smell as you walk in to the casual, relazed check-in area. The rooms are perfect for a relaxed say with large showers and great water pressure compared to the Hilton or other hotels in the area. The value is the best Euro for Euro in the area. It is as good or better than the Mardaval, St. Regis at a fraction of the cost. Rahul takes good care of you at the front of the hotel and the restaurant and valet staff are excellent, Carlos and Andres, always attentive and friendly. Lisa is also a delight at check-in.

Special hotel, customer service is very unique and customized to your needs. Hotel facility is nice, small boutique space and very different than other resorts, but it has everything you need. Pool had issues with the ground coming off and kids didn’t enjoy it initially stepping over the stones was annoying but got over it second day and enjoyed the family pool. The lady from kids club keeping an eye on the kids and keeping them busy was very special, never seen that from any hotel and I really appreciated it. They always have people at the kids club not at the pool. Breakfast was great! Pool side food was also great! We didn’t try dinner at the restaurants. Beyond of all this, and all the amazing staff making sure we are comfortable, it was Junie, this lady is a gem, the way she ensured we are comfortable and happy and went above and beyond for all the details make this trip a very special one and makes want to come back to get that special experience. Hotel management should give her a raise! 😉 Thank you Kimpton for making my father 80’th a special one

I have now stayed at this hotel approximately 5 times, and have already planned my return. The hotel feels like a mini slice of heaven. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and you instantly feel the luxury when you walk into the lobby or any of the buildings. The grounds are stunning and super relaxing. The spa, pools, restaurants, all gorgeous, peaceful, and such a restorative atmosphere. And the staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. We truly love this hotel and will be back. Eduardo in particular made our last stay incredibly memorable and we are so grateful!

Hotel is amazing! Miriam was fantastic, even with my limited Spanish, she made it easy speaking English to me and went out of her way to make everything run smoothly! The staff had been so welcoming and every part of my stay was relaxing
