New and v nice property - rooms are a bliss and facilities (restaurants, pools, gym, e-bikes and services - such as partnering with tennis club etc) are best in class for a 5 star resort. Most importantly - the staff makes a real difference. The front office leaders, guest services (Junie) and restaurant manager (Charlotte) know you by name after one day and are genuinely vested into well-being of their guests - maintaining the charming warmth of a boutique resort despite the size. Clearly one we will return to! A 10/10!

We would highly recommend this hotel. From arrival to departure, we received excellent service, across all departments and would like to send our appreciation to the entire team, for creating such a great experience. We would however particularly like to thank, Charlotte, Albina, Franco, Toni, Lucy & Hope, for their outstanding hospitality & professionalism. The property was equally spotless throughout, with a fantastic wellness spa & delicious food. We hope to return !

After months of planning, my event was no longer a priority for hotel management, forcing us to start over. I was planning an event on behalf of a client and had been in good faith discussions with the hotel since September for a June event. Early on, communication was great. The team was responsive, helpful, and collaborative as we discussed and finalized the details of the event. By December, communication slowed significantly. After the New Year, the terms suddenly changed, including a new requirement for room blocks after we had been clearly told they were not needed. By that point, my client had already secured accommodations elsewhere that could not be canceled. After escalating the situation to management and having multiple conversations, there was no meaningful resolution. I was eventually told by a manager that the ballroom we had initially agreed upon was no longer available because it had been reassigned to a sporting event. Although they offered to help find another venue, no real assistance was provided. I was left to scramble, rebook vendors, and secure a new location in Mallorca, which is already a highly competitive destination for weddings and events. Ultimately, it became clear that my client’s event was no longer a priority once another event was given preference by the hotel. This was disappointing after months of planning and not the level of integrity or professionalism I expected from the Kimpton brand.

Our second trip - and whilst I didn’t think it possible, it exceeded the first! We used the residents discount again, to get a night away from the kids, with a puppy in tow who has joined the family since the last visit. My gosh they could not have been more welcoming - of us or the puppy! The staff in this hotel are exceptional. Every single one of them from reception (Hola Lucy - amazing!) to the dining staff, the spa staff, the chefs, just so utterly lovely - considering it’s the end of a long season and you must all be knackered and over it you STILL went out of your way to be amazing and it is very appreciated. We ate at Sana again although not the tasting menu this time and it was as wonderful as last time - everything we ate was delicious. Spa was delightful, room is so comfortable - beautiful big bed, lovely shower, dog bowls and bed in room. I also had a really exceptional cocktail made in the beautiful bar. The whole hotel is top notch and the staff just push it to the next level. Have a great well earned rest and we will see you next season for sure - with a full sized golden retriever this time :)

This hotel deserves every star of its 5 star rating. From the moment when we checked in until we checked out, we had a wonderful and luxurious experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. After we checked in just before dinner, one of our doors wouldn’t lock. By the time we returned from dinner, it was repaired. The service and dining were on a high level at both the pool and main restaurant. It was also so quiet and peaceful at the pool and on our balcony. We had 2 different categories of rooms. Even the “smaller” room was spacious, warmly decorated, had a very comfortable bed, well stocked mini-bar and high end linens and towels. Only minus is that the hotel does not have a sea view. But the tranquility and comfort well made up for it.
